They took precise measurements, even coming up with a creative solution for our office that maintained the chair rail look while allowing the new shutters to fit perfectly. While custom orders take about six weeks, the wait was well worth it. The team removed our old blinds and performed a flawless installation, leaving the house spotless. To top it off, Ali went above and beyond by repairing an old, sticking shutter (not installed by them) and replacing missing magnets on other blinds at no extra charge. Some of our windows, Especially the electric roller, shades, Very much subpar. We worked with Kaz and his wife about a year ago. Some of them roller shades have issues. Some of them have stopped working, and some of them with battery issues, battery runs dry after a week or so. We were told, based on a full charge, this should last six months. So 3 out of 17 electric roller blinds, will not work without it being constantly plugged in because the batteries are dead. There are no support whatsoever. And these roller shades are all completely out of sync. Pictures below for some examples. The center one is closed, the one on the left is slightly open, and the one on the right is halfway open. They're all completely out of sync. The ones in our dining room, and the ones in our living room, and our kids room, are also all out of sync. Also, these blinds Somehow have formed a static cling. So it doesn't have a beautiful shape when it's closed. The center of them stick together because of static electricity. The ones our neighbors. A different company, our flawless. And they're cheaper. The shutters, look very nice, but they are really cheap quality. The plastic are very lightweight. We have Worked with Budget blinds and a few other companies during our time, and I'm sad to say this is the worst of the qualities we have dealt with. The part that actually saddens us the most, and very disappointed, we, tried contacting Kaz for a solution, but after we paid him the last check, we haven't heard back from him since. There were no replies to our phone calls, messages, or emails. I have records to show that we have tried contacting them multiple times, in multiple ways. No reply, absolutely none.

His prices are more than fair especially considering the quality of the product and the fact that he can motorize and customize pretty much anything. We had a group of 3 windows and wanted one shade to cover them, and Brandon was the only one willing to do that for us. The other 3 companies said it wouldn't be possible. Brandon is professional, punctual, polite, kind, and is genuinely interested in helping his customers as opposed to simply "selling" them on something. I have both shutters and electronic blinds - all from Classic Homes Dallas. One of my electronic blinds stopped working back in August. I was still within my warranty period so reached out to the company to get my shade repaired. I have been mostly speaking with Jennifer. Over the past 3 months, I have heard every excuse to why my repair is taking so long, ie: we changed our systems, cannot find your original order, the company we used for these shades went out of business, the staff in our office quit (yet again - I think like twice now), we cannot find a motor, we are looking for a separate remote, and the latest, we found a motor and cannot seem to locate the hardware! Every excuse made it seem like it was MY FAULT! And when I asked to speak with the owner, Rick, well, he seems to be on vacation quite often. It took less time to get these ordered and installed the first time than to get 1 simple motor replaced. At this point (after 3 months), a new motor should have been ordered and installed - that would have been the right thing to do since it is under warranty. Not offer to give me a pieced together model that may not hold up! Needless to say, my patience has worn out and on top of it, I have a shade that has been hanging down for 3 months - unable to roll up or roll down!! Not great when it is the back of your house in the hot summer when the sun is going down! Every week that I have spoken with Jennifer, there is a new excuse! And at the end of it all, I still have a broken shade that is under warranty. I am just starting the review/complaint process here and will be making a more formal complaint against this company since I am losing all hope that anything will be done. Just thought I would share my experience for those that are shopping for shades! Product looks great, but you better hope something does not go wrong! Reached out to the company and was assured it was still under warranty and they'll have someone come out to fix it however, they require a $250 service charge via check which I issued when they arrived. They came and said some parts were needed and they'll come back to fix it. They came back and said it wasn't repairable. Called the office to ask what next and was told the damage was caused by wind therefore, is not covered by warranty. I asked how they knew it was a wind damage as this seems like an assumption and excuse to not fix the damage. The lady I spoke to, can't remember her name. Maybe Jennifer chuckled and said " well I don't know what else could have caused this damage. You're not supposed to have the blinds down because it can't withstand wind more than 25mph". Excuse me??? First of all, we weren't told this. We were told this was a weather resistant blind and how on earth am I supposed to have blinds and expected to keep it up at all times? What is the purpose of the blinds then??? I told her we only keep it down at night and she said, "well, that's when you get the most wind". When else am I supposed to keep the blinds down? During the day when we're sitting in the patio? Or keep it up when it's raining and storming??? These are the times we need the blinds to protect our outdoor furniture and electronics! She did not seem to care at all and said all she could do was give me a quote for a brand new install! Haven't heard back from them since then and they never refunded my $250 either! Very terrible and deceptive company. I'll stay FAR AWAY!!!!

They missed their appointment and then asked me if their pricing was going to work for me. The pricing they gave was between $25 and $30 per sqft for imported shutters. That's nearly 150% more than other companies in DFW. They said to get me a better quote they would need to do an in home estimate. I explained we had an appointment setup for the prior day and was bothered that nobody showed up. She proceeded to tell me to take my business elsewhere and hung up on me. When trying to call them back goes straight to voicemail. They blocked my number.
