I stopped in at Posh Lighting looking for a part that seemed like a simple piece of hardware needed to raise a chandelier but could not be found anywhere else (ie, doesn't exist at Lowe's or Home Depot). Literally happened upon this place and met Abe who diagnosed the situation and assisted me with a viable solution. I don't know about their store but I do know they have the worst website I have ever tried to look at! You put in Table lamps and it comes up with no particular order, so you try to custom it and then it shows they have NO table lamps. Then you decide to go back and look at the way they have it and you see it's 24 items to a page and that way it's 304 pages, so you go down and pick 240 items per page so your not their for 8 hours looking at lamps you have no Inter in just to see if maybe what you do want might just happen to come up, But NO! It says their are no lamps again!! So now you again decide to look at the lamps the way they have them at 24 per page. You see one you may like so you tap on it to see more, when I decided it's not what I thought, I hit the back butt to go to the previous page and NO!!!! It takes me back to the home page and aI just can't take it anymore and give up and go to another lighting store web page that works. You lost my business Posh. Your site frustrated me so much I will never walk into your store. If you can't even check to see if your web site works well, you probably don't care about your customers. read more

I went in to the store just to see if they have chandelier parts as I needed just a little cap nut. The salesman was so accommodating!! They don't normally have parts, but he rummaged around in back and found exactly what I was looking for. When I asked how much, he said "no charge". Was having so much trouble sourcing vanity fixtures for a master bath remodel. I had an online order canceled last minute due to the item being discontinued and then all other items I found online were either backordered or special order products with long lead times. I stumbled upon Posh Lighting after a google search and was skeptical when I saw the size of the place. My first thought was that it must have just really expensive high end fixtures (thus the name "Posh", lol) to support such a small store. I was wrong. I had a really great experience. The showroom is tiny but packed full of awesome lighting but even more can be selected from the catalogues they maintain. Abe and his daughter went out of their way to help me find exactly the type of fixture I wanted from the catalogues. The fixtures were delivered to my home in just 2 business days. And Abe made sure I got the right bulbs for the fixture while I was in the store which was extremely helpful since I find purchasing bulbs at a big box store has gotten way too complicated. I honestly am never sure whether I am picking the right size/color/type of bulb. To have him help me select the right bulbs that I could actually see lit up was a bonus!
