We were shopping for a full size mattress for our granddaughter and Said did a wonderful job of assisting us. She was able to crawl on and lay on a bunch of various mattresses and she liked them all! Especially the adjustable base model that is out of our budget. But we settled on a 10" foam mattress. Said mentioned that this was the last one in stock. We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I received a text and a phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. Then the same 2 layer communication right before the two hour window saying they were on their way. The delivery of the bunkie board was right on schedule. My granddaughter loves her mattress!

According to Chris, he designed the mattress that I purchased and the coil system is better than other brands. If that's true, maybe I got an amazing deal. I honestly don't know if he's a slimy salesman who was blowing smoke up my behind or if he's really that knowledgeable of mattresses and I really got the best deal ever. After reading the other reviews, I'm inclined to think that he blew smoke up my you know what. He was very flustered, talked really fast and just had an overall disingenuous demeanor. He reminded me of an addict craving a hit. I wanted to google the product and read the reviews, but all the invoice says is "Mcc8 14" King Mattress". Not sure how to feel, but I wouldn't recommend him. I came in for the $523 king sale. Sounded too good to be true. When I let the mattress firm know my budget it was as he was not interested in the sale anymore, which saddened me. There are two categories of fabric. One with no upcharge from the original price of the item and one that is more. They are hung on the wall in separate wall hangings. I chose a fabric with no upcharge, but when the item was ordered in the computer, the fabric I chose was upcharged!!! When I ask - the salesman said "a customer must have hung the fabric back in the wrong place". Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.

Although the price was higher than we expected, we wanted what we wanted and ended up going for it thanks to Marcus pointing out several times that there is no interest financing and that made it a no brainer decision.
