Wow! I love what they have here! They focused more on the traditional style, but I did fall in love with the bar stools that are right at the entrance! The color is turquoise color, it swivels and it's calling my name! I tried the bar stools and not only are they they Texan lux style but they are oh so comfortable. They can be customized down to the T! They remind me of my favorite boots!!! I also fell in love with a piece of wall art that is located by the sales check out desk! It's a 3 piece wood art of a black long horn! So stunning! My hubby and I both loved it! First time here and will definitely check out their Dallas location. I made an online order for an advertised item. I contacted the company numerous times as weeks pass by and every time i get a response. ... "we will send it tomorrow" . Some times they find a lame excuse, sometimes blame all on me arguing they tried to contact me ( lie) but after almost month of waiting I am forced to raise an issue with the credit card. I held my review until we had a problem worked out. We ordered a couch and chair with firm cushions. after a bit more than a year they were all saggy. It took awhile but we got all of them re stuffed with very firm material and now we are back in love with them. The quality and feel of the leather is smooth and buttery. Worst buying experience ever! Do not trust this company. My wife and I were looking for a nice couch that had higher legs so that we could clean under it easier. It was hard to find a nice leather couch that had legs taller than 2 inches. Then we met Marty at Texas Leather who told us no problem. We were told that customization was what they do and we would get the couch as shown but with the taller legs requested. This couch was easily twice the price of any similar couch at $7000 but since the leg height what we were after and we liked the couch we moved forward. We were told in 6 to 8 weeks we would have our custom couch. This was September of 2020. Two months later we called to check on the ETA and were told that these couches are made in California and due to covid it would be delayed a few more weeks. When we finally received the couch in mid December it arrived in cookie cutter fashion no different than any other. It had the same 2 inch legs that it had in the show room. I was told don't worry someone will be over next week to install the correct ones. This didn't happen. Finally in January I was told to come by the store and pick them up instead. So I went there only to find that the ones they had were for a different couch and would not even attach to mine. More excuses and delays I was told in March that they're finally here. I went by again for the last time. I was literally handed 2x6s glued together. No way to attach to the couch, no chamfered edges, no floor protectors. No joke! They bought some 2x6, cut, glued and stained them and handed them to me as legs to complete my $7000 couch. Marty then said "All you have to do is drill some holes". And, "Sorry it wasn't right, they wanted to charge me too much to do it right." That's the entire reason I payed twice as much as anyone would charge for the same couch! Now I have a overpriced couch that I will have to make legs for myself to add time and money to a 6 month disaster. Don't waste your time too. read more

Just went to this store to purchase theater seats and the floor salesman saw me and started walking to the back of the store. No greeting, no smile, just about faced and walked to the back so I about faces and walked out. Why he was at the front to greet customers and failed to do that one job I don't know, but I felt he was being very rude because I was trying to ask if they had theater chairs. read more

Yes and no. LOVE the quality. HATE the service. Have ordered twice from them. Both times the same experience. Have had my reclining couches 3 years and they still look and feel new. They should last forever. BUT to get them took months. After a lot of threatening and screaming I finally got them. Thought it must have been a one time thing. Nope. Second time I ordered I made sure to tell them it's a xmas present. As 2 weeks overdue passed and xmas was a week away it was STILL sitting on the dock ready for shipment but nowhere in site. Again, after MUCH threats to cancel order they got it here 3 days AFTER xmas. If you use these guys you'll love the product but you better be patient!!! read more

We were told our sofa would be delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Someone would call and let us know 30 minutes ahead of time. It is one o'clock and nobody has called me. I called store and talked to Matt at 11:45. He finally called back and said they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. Still waiting. Calked store again at 12:45. He said they were just picking up the sofa. He had a very cavalier attitude. Said they would be here in ten minutes. We are still waiting. Bottom line is customer service at Texas Leather is pathetic once they get your money. read more

I walked in here yesterday because I was looking for something very specific and after searching all over and online I decided to stop in here to see if they had or could order the specific piece of furniture I needed. There were about 5 people in the store. 2 men behind a computer talking with a man and a woman and then there may have been another couple looking. Okay so 6. No one offered to help me or even acknowledged me when I walked in. Okay no biggie I thought. Maybe they are all busy. So I continued to look around for a minute. Then another couple walked in and one of the men walked over to them. I was floored and speechless. I could have made a big stink and speculate on why I was ignored but I'm better than that and I will find what I'm looking for someplace else, so I simply walked out. Out right lying to your face. Was in there for an hour and there were no others customers. How do they stay in business? $250 extra for a motorized recliner? My husband and I were in search of a couch for the specific purpose of being able to vacuum underneath it. We shopped so many places and finally at Texas leather furniture Marty told us we could get any legs put on any couch we pick. This was September 2020. It was custom made so we were told it would be 8 weeks until it was delivered. That's fine, no worries. The first delay was with delivery. It was supposed to arrive early to mid November. We did not get it until the week before Christmas. Things happen, not a big deal. Except, it came with the wrong legs that were too short and the whole purpose was not met as we still can't get the vacuum under it. Still hopeful we called back and explained the issue. We were told they were offering the correct ones and would have them in 2 weeks. No problem. Except it wasn't two weeks it was much longer and then when they did arrive they were the wrong size and the holes that were drilled were not even all the way through to the bottom. So we re order again, now in late January. We haven't heard anything until March. Today we go to pick up the correct legs. When we arrived Marty handed us a block of wood. Literally 3 2x6 boards glued together. No chamfers. No screw holes. Just blocks of wood fired together and stained. No exaggeration. Marty proceeded to tell us "All you have to do is drill some holes". And "sorry but people wanted to charge me too much to do it properly." People, we literally spent $7,000 on this damn couch and it's now been 6 months of us going back and fourth with no resolution. This company is a rip off employing used car salesman. read more
