Their original schedule estimate of a couple of weeks turned into a couple of months to complete, which they attributed to supplier delays. Ranger could do a little better job of communicating with their customers on appointments and ongoing issues. They did a great job of addressing all of the issues I identified after install. We are very happy with the windows and they look awesome.

Roy responded quickly and provided an estimate the next day. Within a couple of days, I had scheduled the installation with Luis - the installation manager. Luis came by a few days later to verify the measurements & remove the existing drawer "faces". He then built the new drawers & spray painted them with several coats of customer supplied paint. On installation day, Luis & his helper showed up on time and made "short work" of installing the drawers, hardware & reattaching the "faces". So not only did he save me a bunch of money but he also got me on the schedule fast! The team that came out to replace it arrived early to measure the pane of glass and came back later the same day to replace it. The glass looks beautiful and fits perfectly. The seal around the glass is guaranteed for 10 years, which is comforting. Honestly, the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is the window repair guys left some broken glass pieces behind on the interior and exterior of the repaired window which had me concerned for my daughter and my dogs. However, when I told Steve about this he was extremely apologetic and said that never should have happened and he would speak to his team. I appreciated his quick response and taking ownership of the issue, and would absolutely recommend him!

First, I had a small hole on one of the unique patterned doors- they replaced it for a very reasonable price and within the timeframe given. Then, they cut 2 glass panels and a mirror panel as well. I got my sizing wrong, but they were able to cut it back down(2 trips later). When I was done with the whole process, they cheered me out the door. I will be sad I don't have any more reason to visit their shop, but if I ever need something mirror/glass related- they will be my first stop!! Also- this was al done during COVID peak and EVERY TIME I came in to the shop EVERYONE was wearing a mask and following all safety protocols mandated by Dallas County.
