This was an amazing experience from top to bottom - from working with John in sales to completion with Schuyler. We had 36 windows needing replacement. The original windows were 25 year old builder-grade windows with foggy sections and busted seals, causing them to let in cold in winter and heat in summer, making utility bills sky high! We also really wanted to get rid of the grids in the window panes and have a solid window pane. Our consultation with John was fantastic. He spent HOURS with us - answering any and all our questions and helping us with selection. We felt very confident in our decision-making process because of how thorough he was.
