I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! Richardson Glass was recommended to me by several…read moreneighbors on the Nextdoor app. I had a large sliding glass door that has been driving me crazy for 3 years. You have to be Hulk Hogan to open or close it. I tried WD-40, vacuuming the track, cleaning every aspect of it, and it was still a nightmare to use (and incredibly loud). I scheduled an appointment with Richardson Glass for this morning (11/3) between 10-12. The called before their arrival, and they even came 30 minutes early. That is amazing since nearly every other company I deal with either never shows up or shows up incredibly late. We were already off to a good start. I'd say within 20-30 minutes our sliding glass door was gliding with the push of a finger seamlessly!!!! Years of agony and Richardson Glass fixed the issue in half an hour. They installed new rollers, and they worked perfectly. I was worried I would have to change the entire frame and window (as another company alleged), and for less than $300, Richardson Glass fixed my problem immediately and saved my door. Mike and Franky were the techs that worked on our issue, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend Richardson Glass to everyone I know in the future. Thank you!!

5 Stars - Truly Outstanding Work!…read more I recently had the front of my home painted by Ryan Holloway Construction, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The crew was led by Antonio, who brought a high level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that you just don't see often these days. What really stood out was how family-oriented and well-coordinated the entire team was. They showed up on time, worked with precision and care, and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They didn't just slap on a coat of paint -- they power-washed, repaired wood, sealed, chalked, and even cleaned my front porch without being asked. It literally looks like the day I moved in over 20 years ago! The quality of their work is exceptional, and the pricing was incredibly fair for the level of excellence they delivered. Ryan's team is now my go-to crew for ANY home projects going forward. Thank you Ryan, Antonio, and the entire team -- Stay Blessed!

They acknowledged their mistake and they offered to credit me the difference or replace it with the correct one. I opted for the correct ladder to be reinstalled. 5/5 stars still remains for their communication and good install quality. Mistakes happen! Was a bit confused since I see they have locations throughout Texas. And reviews mentioned their names in different cities. But I'm in Houston and spoke with Kevin (owner) over the phone. Anthony was the installer. Maybe all the Texas locations use an alias Anthony and Kevin? Anthony was the technician that came out to replace my broken attic ladder. His install was so crisp and clean, very meticulous to detail. He did a better job than the plumber and electrician I hired. I wasn't home for the install so he had free access to my property and treated it with respect and didn't leave a messy work area for me to return to. His install quality impressed me more than the product itself, not to say that it's a bad product, not at all. But his work was that good. Kevin was the owner/sales rep and was very communicative every step of the way. Very transparent pricing and I think it was reasonable for the quality of the product, but most importantly, Anthony's installation quality. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need an old attic ladder that is sagging or broken, to be replaced.
