5 Stars - Truly Outstanding Work! I recently had the front of my home painted by Ryan Holloway Construction, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The crew was led by Antonio, who brought a high level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that you just don't see often these days. What really stood out was how family-oriented and well-coordinated the entire team was. They showed up on time, worked with precision and care, and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They didn't just slap on a coat of paint -- they power-washed, repaired wood, sealed, chalked, and even cleaned my front porch without being asked. It literally looks like the day I moved in over 20 years ago! The quality of their work is exceptional, and the pricing was incredibly fair for the level of excellence they delivered. Ryan's team is now my go-to crew for ANY home projects going forward. Thank you Ryan, Antonio, and the entire team -- Stay Blessed! read more

I reached out to Holloway for a small project to expand an existing concrete patio. Ryan responded quickly to my initial request and we were able to begin work within a week of agreeing on price. Communication was good and they accomplished exactly what I had asked for. All of the workers were very friendly and respectful of my property. read more

Requested a concrete 4" curb with 12" header for monument at rural cemetery located in Fannin county. Wanted a 4" depth at ground level with 3/8" rebar reinforcement. Total linear feet was approximately 50'. Ryan and his team completed the task in a day and a half, meeting and exceeding our expectations. Now our forever home has a perimeter that should outlast us. read more

We just had Ryan do a renovation - building out and enclosing a patio to create a 4 season sunroom and added a roofed cedar posted patio outside of that. We make so much use of the new living spaces, it's like having a new house again (and our house is just 3 yrs old). Love his work, his open communication with us, and reasonable pricing. He was a joy to work with and I would trust him to do any build in the future. Sooo much better than any contractor I've dealt with in the past! Mine was a small, one-day siding repair job, and Holloway was very flexible in coming up with a most reasonable cost; really good people on site to talk to throughout the day; and perfect results. read more

Holloway Construction repaired floors in our 40 year old home. The project was significant for our home as it involved tearing out carpet in 6 rooms, replacing wood in 3 of the rooms and cabinet. They also had to treat for bacteria and some mold caused by water damage. In addition there was a wall in our house which was sinking down due to a lack of bracing supports during the houses original construction. The Holloway team raised the wall back up and built bracing supports under it to prevent reoccurrence. The carpeting in all 6 rooms was replaced with wood laminate flooring. The project also required the team to move furniture around multiple times as I am 60 with a partially paralyzed hand and my 82year old mother were unable to move the furniture. Ryan the company owner was out at the house daily to check on his team's progress. Tony the team leader arrived at the house on time every morning and would stay late into the evening working on the project. The project cost I feel was excellent when you consider the scope of the project. Prior to the project we attempted to obtain multiple contractor quotes and Holloway Construction was the only ones to follow thru. The floors and all of the work done was excellent and Ryan, Tony and the rest of the Holloway team were very easy and great to work with. I highly recommend Holloway Construction for your project. read more

We received a quick response to our request for service. We were quoted and the job was completed the next day. The technician worked neatly and carefully to replace light bulbs in lamps that were on very high ceilings. Scaffolding had to be set up for safe access. How nice it is to have light again after a year of darkness. Thank you for a difficult job well done! read more

Ryan was easy to work with and conscious of doing a great job, even on this relatively small project. Very responsive, great communication. Highly recommend this company. read more

Easy communication, showed up on time, and solved all my problems with a smile. Will definitely work with him again.

Beware of Ryan Holloway - he is truly a con-artist who secured the deposit from me for the construction of a small garage build. From day 1, he made excuses on the scope of the work, started late, and kept asking for additional payments. He cut every corner possible; framed the structure for 8' interior walls instead of 9' and then try to talk his way past it - when I called him out, he acknowledged the mistake and complained about how he thought this would be an easy project. Moreover, he is unaware of the trades and was soliciting both my neighbor and I for subcontractors to hire. Tried to bring his friend for electrical work with underpowered wiring through my attic when I chose to fire him before he burns down my house. I did consult a lawyer as I have a legitimate case for a lawsuit but halted on that to save additional waste of my time on this ridiculous crook. I have kept all the records and voicemails in case Ryan gives me more grief - his roofing subcontractor was never paid and tried to collect from me as this so-called general contractor told him that the homeowner never paid him anything. Save yourself some time and suffering - you will most definitely get better quality, service, and pricing from just about anyone else! read more
