My house needed paint and wood repair. I had not repainted in years, and the damage had set in. Jorge took a careful look at everything. They were honest with what the house needed. It was more than I hoped for, but, there was a lot of just weather wear that had to be repaired. And once in the repair process, more underlying damage was found. Jorge communicated it as soon as possible, so there were no surprises. For the repairs, the crew showed up on time each day, they worked hard, and the work went fast. At the end of each day, the crew picked up around the house, so it never had debris in front of the house overnight. When it was finally time to paint, the completed it in record time. At the end of the job, they cleaned up all debris, and when the final check was written, there were no final surprises. And considering the work that was done, the price was fantastic. So many times a review is written early, and work that is low quality doesn't show up for awhile. Well, this job was completed 2 months ago. Since then, there has been several hard storms with large hail. The paint and repajr job has held through all of it, and still looks great. From ugly builder grade linoleum to beautiful floors, VIP Services installed 6x24 porcelain tiles in two bathrooms and ceramic mosaic tile in a half bath. I have to say wow! It all looks amazing! They put crown molding in the kitchen/dining area and entryway and did a fantastic job! They put up a ceiling fan and hung two mirrors. They can do it all! They came in and gave me a quote I agreed on price, when job was done 7 weeks later!!!!!!(was told 11 days) price was over by 750.00. Two months later the tile grout is falling out and one tile is cracked. Workers are dirty sloppy and rude. Called him and now he is hard to understand English?!! Please don't play me for a fool. Poor work no warranty and now doesn't speak English after he took my money. I will recommend to nobody and now I have another company coming to fix his poor work. More money out, but at least they will do a professional install and warranty there work!! I hope he understands this review!! read more

I initially contacted Jorge to do an estimate and advised we were in the process of getting our home ready to sell. He was extremely late with no contact to advise he was running late. I should have went with my gut at that time. When he did show up he advised he would email me the estimate. It took him a bit longer to write the estimate than he initially promised. The estimate was a bit more than I had expected but because he came highly recommended I expected exemplary work for that price. We did exchange several emails confirming what his estimate would include, I asked specifically if it included both balconies, etc. and scheduled him upon verification of those items. He could not schedule me for a month following that. Jorges crew arrived on the date agreed and he asked for 50% of the over $3000 at that time. They scheduled three days to complete the work. Two of the three days it rained in the afternoon and they were chased off. When the work was advised to be completed I realized they did not paint our rear balcony spindles and railing. The rest of the balcony however was painted? The front balcony was painted including the spindles and railing. I advised Jorge it appeared they had missed the rear balcony railing and spindles. He then claimed I had told him not to do it? I did advise him that did not make sense, we advised we were getting the house ready to sell and they painted the front balcony including the spindles and railing and they painted the rest of the rear balcony. Additionally we had emails where I specifically verified the entire balconies were included. No email from him ever stated the rear spindles or railing were not included or that they would only paint the front, etc. I assume he got me confused with another customer since a month had passed between the estimate being written and the work being done. I attempted to give him the opportunity to make it right. He continually advised he needed more money to return. We felt over $3000 was sufficient. Additionally, there were paint drips found on our patios, etc, debris found on the roof, nails and the crews trash found in the yard. What was painted was okay, but there were a few areas that were not done well or properly prepped prior to painting. read more

WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Had a renter move out of my house and only one weekend to fix it up before the next moved in. Walked into several unexpected problems on Saturday, found VIP Services on Saturday afternoon and my problems were gone! Jorge gave me an estimate over the phone by using pictures and came by on Sunday to take a second look and get deposit, and repairs were completed by 6PM on Monday! Painted three rooms, which all came out wonderfully and flowed seamlessly with the paint in other, connected areas. Installed two new faucets in the master bathroom, and even helped me cut a loose, old satellite cable from the side of the house. Jorge also advised on some other issues I want to get fixed in the future and was extremely knowledgeable. Everything about Jorge and his crew was professional and beyond my expectations.
