Overall negative experience with our bathroom renovation due to poor safety, workmanship, and project management. Examples: a chandelier over the tub was mounted to a plastic box sitting directly on ceiling drywall with the cable unsecured along the attic floor; several items required rework, including a custom vanity with an off-center sink cabinet, unlevel countertops, and visibly slanted shelves; the plumbing work had multiple problems and the plumber and his sister were fired. Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project. read more

AP Restoration performed a structural repair on our garage. The joists were not up to the current code and began to fail. This caused the drywall on the ceiling to fall, our garage door to no operate correctly, and unsafe for us to store items like our vehicles in the garage. AP sent their framer to inspect the area. They clearly and concisely relayed their solution. AP corrected all of the issues listed above, added more storage space, reinforced the area so the same issue would never come back.
