After my inquiry on yelp, Roy came out the very next day to meet me at the location. My project was a pathway from my driveway up to my home with a porch landing to meet my existing porch. Roy sat down and asked me all the pertinent questions and gave me a quote on site, he walked me through the entire process each individual step and he's very thorough. The project took place within a couple days and everything was just as he had stated it would be and he was on site the entire time... the crew was very helpful and did a great job cleaning up, it was a great experience. Roy mentioned to me that they do other work like interior remodeling and we talked about my bathroom needing a upgrade. He immediately went to work on looking at what I was asking to do. He took great notes and videos and returned the next day with the owner who went through every detail of the procedure From demolition to clean up. Sean and Roy were both very helpful and very methodical in explaining the whole process to me each step of the way . We agreed on the quote they started within a couple days after the materials were gathered and each day Roy was on site explaining ahead of time on what would happen that particular day. Communication is great with this group and that's very important to me. The gentleman that did the tile flooring and walls in the shower and flooring in the bathroom installed the toilet and a vanity did an excellent job a real perfectionist. Thank you Collin!! Anytime I had a question it was always answered immediately, and I was always told when they would arrive on location and when they would be leaving, and if I had any questions, I was extremely satisfied with the job and there were no surprises because they had told me each step of the procedure prior to the job and again that is extremely helpful. We had a patio that needed to be finished. It had been started by another company who did a horrible job and eventually we had to fire them. To say that I was nervous about hiring another company to finish the job was an understatement. My husband found Build Strong Group and set up an appointment. Our project manager, Nick showed up and we discussed what needed to be done and the pricing. Initially we were just planning on tiling the outdoor slab but, we ended up having a bit more done. The end result was us hiring BSG to tile the slab and add an additional shaded attachment to the house with lighting and a ceiling fan.
