I found 240 fake profile positive reviews on build strong construction facebook page. I screen recording every single review and profile. I have Audio recordings of them promising to fix everything on 3-2-26 and then basically calling me a liar a few days later also on audio recordings. They also claimed they were going to fix everything when i have proof that they only offered to fix a few scratches and cabinet adjustments and acid wash on the shower when there was so much damage to my home and my belongings. Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Master Bath$23,000 flooring already has soft spots and raised spots they also left a mess, paint spray, concrete spray in shower, foam and grout in cabinet. The safety bars were installed with only 1 screw on each side and immediately became loose and i almost fell in the shower, I have multiple sclerosis and rely on safety. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. I have videos, photos, audio recordings, every single text message. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY! You will save yourself headache. Paíd $35,000 for a covered patio. We though going through a Licensed company was best. -horrible workmanship -uneven cement with lines going in every directions. NOT SMOOTH as promised -sloppy work -to top it off, they removed new gutters from my home. I was told they would sdd to patio. That was not done. They took them!! Do do work with David and Armando read more

Build Strong added a carport to my house. The drawing did not match what was eventually erected. However, the final product was as good as I expected. Had a few hiccups along the way but it worked out. My advice is that you make sure that everything is in writing before signing the contract. Verbal agreements are not any way to conduct business. read more

This is a large commercial construction company. While they were extremely prompt, courteous, and professional My project was way too small for them. read more

Avoid BuildStrong Construction LLC - Our Remodel Was a Disaster We hired them for what was supposed to be a two‑week bathroom remodel starting July 8. It dragged on until August 2, still unfinished and riddled with problems: First shower door didn't fit; replacement leaks in 3 places, ultimately fixed. Travertine tile left unsealed - a basic, inexcusable oversight Tile trim above door never installed Walls textured but never painted Loose shower head, missing floor transition piece, toilet chipped during install Broken glass and concrete debris left in yard No protection for belongings--coated in toxic dust from hours of concrete chipping Flooring permanently damaged from dust ground into grooves Reworks caused by poor communication and disorganized management No‑show days with zero notice or updates No final cleanup performed Overcharged despite all issues Over a week after calling it "done," they offered to make it right--by then we'd lost all faith in their workmanship. It's baffling how they have great reviews--our experience was the exact opposite. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

This was a very frustrating and draining experience. It's my understanding that there are multiple crews and I can only speak of the one assigned to me. My crew has absolutely no business being in remodeling. Their work was sloppy, messy and they cut corners every chance they got. Absolutely no eye for detail whatsoever. Missing grout, caulk and scratching/dinging every new material that was brought in. A hole in the wall they knew they made, but never told me. They were disrespectful and threw cigarette butts in my front yard and when I asked them to stop, they just did it in the backyard. Process started August 1 and finally ended Nov.28. I was very vocal about how the process was playing out and was met with gaslighting and empty promises. Many things were redone, but never perfect. I am thankful however, that the corporate office also helped me to get some things redone for the second and third time. read more

I talked to several businesses about concrete work to extend my driveway to add a detached garage/workshop. Most of them sent wide ranging estimates electronically. Sean from Build Strong called and asked to meet in person to discuss. I have great respect for businesses that pride themselves on top notch customer service. He had every opportunity to upsell me on additions to the scope of work or materials but talked me thru exactly what he felt I needed within my budget for my project. He was clear about the materials, was timely with the start date, and clear about how long it would take (1 day). Everything went smooth as silk. I feel blessed to have met Sean and done business with his company. He will be my first and only call when/if I have another project. read more

Impeccable customer service from project manager to onsite manager Div Davido! He kept in contact through both projects and keep in mind this started as a patio covering only but now I have great landscaping as well! I appreciated the step by step process and how well the workers cleaned up (really means a lot). I suggest putting them in your list and utilizing all their services! I am family now.... After my inquiry on yelp, Roy came out the very next day to meet me at the location. My project was a pathway from my driveway up to my home with a porch landing to meet my existing porch. Roy sat down and asked me all the pertinent questions and gave me a quote on site, he walked me through the entire process each individual step and he's very thorough. The project took place within a couple days and everything was just as he had stated it would be and he was on site the entire time... the crew was very helpful and did a great job cleaning up, it was a great experience. Roy mentioned to me that they do other work like interior remodeling and we talked about my bathroom needing a upgrade. He immediately went to work on looking at what I was asking to do. He took great notes and videos and returned the next day with the owner who went through every detail of the procedure From demolition to clean up. Sean and Roy were both very helpful and very methodical in explaining the whole process to me each step of the way . We agreed on the quote they started within a couple days after the materials were gathered and each day Roy was on site explaining ahead of time on what would happen that particular day. Communication is great with this group and that's very important to me. The gentleman that did the tile flooring and walls in the shower and flooring in the bathroom installed the toilet and a vanity did an excellent job a real perfectionist. Thank you Collin!! Anytime I had a question it was always answered immediately, and I was always told when they would arrive on location and when they would be leaving, and if I had any questions, I was extremely satisfied with the job and there were no surprises because they had told me each step of the procedure prior to the job and again that is extremely helpful. I will be using this group again in future projects as I discussed with Roy and look forward to that experience, thank you again Sean. Thank you again Roy thank you again Colin and all your crew. I don't want to leave out the lady at the office who hooked me up with this team after my initial inquiry. I believe her name is Danielle and she's very knowledgeable and very great at following up until the Roy arrived at my gate. Thank you to the Buildstrong group and blessings read more
