The softly meandering veins on the bathroom floor take my soul to a strikingly peaceful retreat, away from the daily hustle and bustle. As I enter my pristine waterfall to cleanse, my spirit is all the more lifted, and simultaneously softened by the elegant curvature of the Cremant bronze. Not knowing anything about remodeling bathrooms in the beginning, I spent one entire year studying every single item before purchasing everything. I reviewed the functionality and aesthetics of many tubs, stones, fixtures, paints, baseboards, etc., had hundreds of discussions with many experts, and finally selected everything from top to bottom, including the seemingly inconspicuous yet important artwork such as the grout size and color, to personally design my signature bathroom. It was a wonderfully humbling and joyfully self-actualizing journey. Magnificent ideas are only meaningful when they can be implemented meticulously. ICO walked with me and my family in this journey. It took an army of dedicated professionals to physically build our dream bathroom. Ms. Edyd, the talented designer, has a very informative palette. She and I had numerous including some late-night discussions to capture the quintessence of my own design. Mr. Or, the visionary commander-in-chief of this massive undertaking, asked me to put him on the speed dial. He was always available to answer my questions to ensure that all our plans were executed exquisitely. Mr. Or cares deeply about his team. Mr. Hector, the tile maestro, and his partners worked tirelessly in scorching heat fabricating tiles to bring my art vision to life. Mr. Christian magically and kindly transformed all the unanticipated lemons to much appreciated lemonade. Mr. Mauricio patiently instructed his team to solve the plumbing issues. Mr. Art/Jesse worked hard to deliver the shining glass with matching fixtures. Mr. Rimon and his team made baths much more invigorating after they ingeniously created a new connection to the breaker panel. Ms. Elvia and her partner put the cherry on the cake when they cleaned and turned this remodeling project into an immaculate palace. When we decided to open our home daily for everyone to come in to work, we not only believed in their professional competence, but also their integrity and accountability. Even when we encountered obstacles, which are inevitable everywhere in life, ICO worked as a team to address the issues. During this remodeling journey, we saw a wonderful group of dedicated professionals who were passionate about building beautiful homes to spread joy and love, and this is what we believe life is all about. Thank you, Or, Ilia, and ICO, for making our dream come true! read more

Detailed Customer Review for ICO Construction I recently hired ICO Construction for a major home renovation project: converting a shared bathroom into two full bathrooms and building a new master bedroom closet. From the very first interaction to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was organized, transparent, and genuinely impressive. Initial Stages & Planning I first discovered ICO Construction through Google and reached out to discuss my vision and budget. After a brief but productive phone conversation, they scheduled an in-home visit to evaluate the space. Within a few days, they returned with a virtual 3D model of the proposed layout - a huge help in visualizing the final result. We then met at Arizona Tile to select colors, materials, and design elements. I trusted them to choose the bathroom fixtures, and they delivered excellent selections that matched the aesthetic perfectly. They provided a clear breakdown of material costs and structured the payments in a way that felt manageable and fair. One thing I appreciated: demolition doesn't begin until all materials are delivered to your home, which prevents delays and keeps the project moving smoothly. Demolition & Construction My main contractor was Cornelio, and he was outstanding. He arrived consistently between 8:30-9:00 AM and worked until 5:30-6:00 PM every day. He is professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. Before demolition began, they carefully covered and protected the surrounding areas to minimize dust and debris. Throughout the project, additional crews (plumbing, electrical, glass, inspections, etc.) arrived exactly when needed - and I was always notified in advance. Every person who entered my home was polite, professional, and respectful of the space. Communication was constant. The project managers checked in regularly, provided updates, and made sure I always knew what stage we were in and what was coming next. Final Steps & Wrap-Up Once construction was complete, we walked through the entire project together to identify any touch-ups or spot treatments. They scheduled a full cleaning to restore all affected areas, leaving the space spotless and ready to enjoy. Overall Experience ICO Construction delivered exactly what they promised - quality craftsmanship, reliable communication, and a smooth, well-managed renovation from start to finish. The new bathrooms and closet look incredible, and the entire process felt organized and stress-free. I will absolutely use ICO Construction again for my next project. read more

I recently had my entire primary suite remodeled--bedroom, bathroom, and closet--and I can confidently say that working with ICO Construction was the best home renovation experience I've had in my 11 years of living in Texas. They exceeded every expectation. From the very first consultation, ICO stood out. They were incredibly professional, genuinely personable, and impressively thorough. Ilia, the CEO, took the time to walk me through their entire process with clarity and transparency, which gave me complete confidence moving forward. Their preplanning was meticulous, and once the project started, their team's attention to detail and care for my home were immediately evident. Their interior designer, Edyd, was an absolute gem--patient, talented, and intuitive. She took the time to truly understand my style and vision, and helped me bring it to life in a way that felt both elevated and deeply personal. Her guidance throughout the design process made all the difference. Every trade professional who came through--carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting--brought deep expertise and pride in their craft. Each team worked with precision, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding across the board. It was clear that ICO only partners with highly skilled, reliable professionals who treat your home like their own. Or, the head of operations, was the true standout. He stayed on top of every moving piece and was an absolute joy to work with--responsive, thoughtful, and proactive at every stage. When I became ill during the project, the team even stepped in to help manage responsibilities I couldn't handle, which was an act of kindness I'll never forget. ICO handled the final punch list with speed and care, making sure every final detail was perfect. Their commitment to excellence, communication, and customer experience was unmatched. I've worked with several contractors on my homes in both Houston and Dallas, and ICO Construction is far and away the best. If you're considering a remodel, you won't find a more trustworthy, talented, and professional team. read more

ICO Construction/Remodeling LLC deserves high praise for their exceptional work on our master bathroom remodel. From the outset, they showcased professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest quality results. We had an aggressive, hard stop timing target due to entertaining guests in early June. The remodel was completed several days ahead of schedule, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and dedication. And the project was completed on cost, with only a couple transparent and agreed changes precipitated by several decisions we made as the project progressed. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, just honest and transparent pricing based on detailed estimate and agreed scope up front. The overall project cost was highly competitive with other bids we received. We've done a lot of projects like this (even bigger, including 2-story addition) in the past, working with many different contractors in different homes in different states. What sets ICO apart is how organized and disciplined they are in their planning and execution. Communication is best-in-class, with daily updates, advising when contractors would be starting each day, what they expected to accomplish by when, and what decisions/help they needed from us to keep on track. They were not hesitant to make suggestions to improve the design or execution, especially regarding cost/value tradeoffs, which was very helpful. The craftsmanship of their work is impressive, especially custom cabinets, woodwork, tile and paint. Very high attention to detail, often catching little issues I hadn't even noticed, and reworking them to deliver the highest quality, turning our vision into a stunning reality. ICO Construction/Remodeling LLC has undeniably set a benchmark for excellence. If you're looking for a reliable team to handle your remodeling needs, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They delivered not just a remodel, but a masterpiece! read more

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with ICO and the entire experience was great. We would highly recommend them to neighbors, friends, and family. This was the first big project in our first home so my wife and I were very particular when picking out contracts to use. Early on in the planning process, we met with Ilya and Sol who helped us better form a vision of how we wanted our kitchen to look. They met with us several times and provided very detailed quotes on materials and labor. They explained their process and general timeline to complete a kitchen of our size. They set clear expectations on cost and pricing. Moving into the actual remodeling, Or was the main point of contact and he was very detail oriented. Any questions we had were answered promptly and any changes to the original plans were recorded in writing. His teams moved quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. We received frequent updates throughout the project so we were never in the dark on what work was being done. Any areas that we wanted touched up were taken care of without any push back. Or even had some spots refinished, that we didn't point out, to be up to his standards. We did not make our final payment until we were totally happy with the job. Even with a few change orders, our kitchen was completed right on time. We have used our new kitchen for a few weeks now and we are very happy with it. Ultimately, the ICO team earned our trust through their clear communication, detail oriented approach, and quality of work. We would absolutely use them again. read more

My husband initially chose ICO for our home improvement project, and - though I am usually the one who orchestrates those decisions for our household - I can say without reservation that it was the best decision we could have made. From the initial design walkthrough to final touch ups, Or and Iliya were responsive, communicative, and professional. They helped us solidify a vision for increasing storage space in our kitchen by creatively suggesting an idea we hadn't considered - moving our garage door - which ultimately allowed us to add on the kitchen pantry of our dreams. A smaller part of the project included revamping our 70s wet bar to be more functional, removing a sink we didn't use and building custom cabinetry to match our kitchen and house a new wine fridge and more storage. Though the square footage of this area was tiny, the impact of the new storage and look of the bar has elevated our entire entertaining space. ICO also did a custom paint job and installed wainscoting for our first baby's nursery room and even installed a custom wraparound shelf for a toy train set. It's hard to understate how happy we are with the quality and look of the work. But even beyond that, living through construction was a surprisingly painless process thanks to the organization, creativity, and thoughtfulness of the team leads and crew. We will recommend this company to our friends, and also consider them for all future home projects. read more

i hate spectrum so I'm spreading the word 1. Random outages for no reason. You could be watching a movie, gaming, or doing homework, and boom -- internet gone. Their routers seem allergic to stability. 2. Customer service straight from purgatory. You'll talk to five different reps, each promising to "transfer you to the right department," which apparently doesn't exist. 3. Insane prices for mid-tier speeds. They charge premium money for Wi-Fi that struggles to load a meme. 4. Data caps that shouldn't exist in 2025. They say "unlimited," but your connection mysteriously slows when you use too much. Coincidence? Sure, Jan. 5. Modem fees. Why are you renting outdated hardware for $10 a month when routers at Walmart outperform theirs? 6. Uploads slower than a sloth on NyQuil. Perfect if your dream is to send a single file by the time you hit retirement. 7. Terrible communication. They'll plan maintenance in your area and just not tell you. Because who needs the internet, right? 8. Constant "upgrades" that break more than they fix. New firmware! New problems! 9. Zero competition in many regions. They know they're the only option in half the country, so they just... don't care. 10. Hidden fees that multiply like gremlins. You'll see a $90 bill turn into $130 and have no idea why. Bonus: their ads always show smiling families streaming in 4K on five devices, but in reality you can't even check your email without buffering. read more

I hired ICO Construction and Remodeling to remodel both my kitchen and primary bathroom, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. ICO was one of the best contractors we have worked with in 12 years of home ownership and remodeling. Two of their strongest assets were communication and professional problem resolution. Communication was very important to us, and my wife and I were on a WhatsApp group chat with their project team - all communication was run through this app to avoid missed details and miscommunication. They were always available, quick to respond, and included detailed videos+pictures when items for discussion were identified. Any problems were quickly and professionally resolved by this team, massively reducing stress on us. Many other contractors in the past have tried to rationalize mistakes, pressure us into accepting lesser results, or point blame and penny-pinch corrections. We would 100% hire ICO for future projects. read more

ICO construction did an excellent job of renovating four full bathrooms in our house. They completed all the work ahead of schedule - schedules were made such that not even an hour was wasted in a day. Communication was excellent. Any time we sent a message, we got a response within few minutes. They fixed all issues that we found after the work was completed. They also offered credit for the work they quoted but was not needed. They offer one year warranty for their work. People who did the work are very skilled at what they do. Tiling, painting work that was done is outstanding. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned up. Ilia and Or - the company co owners care deeply about the work they do and they want to see their customers happy. We highly recommend them for all remodeling projects. read more

ICO came to our rescue! We had a flood and the entire downstairs had to be remodeled. From the very beginning, Or and company made us feel listened to, valued, and assured that they will take care of everything. All along the way, Or and his associates kept our house clean, organized, and were very mindful of us living/working from home. They even took extra precautions to manage the dust and made sure our asthmatic son was safe during the demolition. Throughout the process, the kept us informed and even provided pictures to show progress. The finished remodel was beyond our expectations and they even went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. They even finished a week earlier than the projected timeline. We can't recommend ICO Construction Company enough for your remodel needs! read more

ICO worked with us to remodel the upstairs of our home in Addison and we couldn't be happier. Richard worked with us on designing a layout allowing us to remove the wall between our main bath and main closet and finish the attic space of our garage to become the new closet. He was awesome at incorporating all of our asks and creatively working with the space we had. Eli managed our project and we were able to always get updates when we needed them, if they weren't already provided proactively. We had maybe 4 days of the 3 months long project where there was no work being done - they were very efficient. All the folks working at the house were professional and friendly. We'll be using them again for remodeling other parts of our home and recommending them to all our friends. read more

We have done two jobs with ICO construction bathroom and a kitchen . We are super happy with the results. The two crews that we had were top notch, knowledgeable, professional and very respectful. They were always on top of things, making sure that the end result met our expectations. For the bathroom remodel the whole process was a delight. Very detailed oriented, offering many bathroom designs alternatives and options to pick materials from. For the ceiling repair, light fixtures and flooring, the job was done with extreme care and the results were excellent. Both jobs really transformed the house. I cannot say enough positive things about Or and and Ilia and the work of ICO. I have never had a contractor work as quickly or communicate as clearly as they did. It was truly a joy to work with them and they 100% brought our vision to life. Even the small quirks that we requested, the steps above and beyond, were honored and taken seriously, and when we came across challenges, additional costs were communicated clearly and quickly. I know this sounds silly, but I wish I had more things for them to work on. Will be recommending them to friends and family for years to come. read more

We just finished our long-awaited kitchen remodel and could not be happier. We were new to the process, so we contacted several companies for consultation.
