They randomly showed up unannounced and then didn't show when scheduled. When they did, they were more interested in saying how good and competent they were. Usually they were surly and talked more about their experience than doing the work. Well, they were here 4 times before they got it right! And the fourth time it took Fred working side by side them to solve the issues. Because of them, I can only give 4 starts. To Fred's credit, he did not tell us the name of the glass firm and he took full responsibility for them. I recommend Kingdom and would use them again. Just insist on a different glass vendor.

After the plumbers finished, we hired Mr Hurtado to replace the tile and he sent Chris for the job. Chris was very professional and quickly completed the job despite us choosing a more complicated herringbone pattern and border tile. They chose quick setting mortar so they could complete the job in one day. Chris also replaced the baseboards and set our new toilet. The small install was a bit expensive due to the more complex tile, but the overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend Mr Hurtado for your future tile install needs.

You are either over-estimating your business acumen or under-estimating my IQ and background, or both. If these 90-degree lips have been causing such known problems for the longest time, you as a professional should have invested effort to find solutions instead of defending status quo after-the-fact. Technically these lips can crack upon the very first usage when a tire passes over after the poly has cured in say a week or two. And when that happens how are you going to respond to your customers' complaints? A few of your competitions in DFW have long recognized this problem, and have invested in additional man-hours and equipment to grind the lips to reveal a radius to make the cracking a LOT less likely to occur. I hope you'd at least appreciate that I actually paid real money for your service, and have been graceful enough not to pester you with requests to fix the crack as soon as Jennifer turned down the one request over text. Original review: Had them do a poly coat on a new build 2 years ago. Price was high, but was in a hurry and what did I know reading reviews online written by folks with wide spectrum of expectations. Few months later started noticing the coating cracked and flaked at the lip of the entrance. Few months ago finally tried to get in touch with them for warranty work, since if I was not mistaken there should have been some sort of lifetime warranty. Texted the number and it turned out to be the personal number of the lady. She was on a personal trip and the response time was unprofessionally slow. Described the situation over text, and the response was no warranty due to normal wear and tear. Guess what, a normal residential garage typically has cars going in and out multiple times a day, so according to their definition, there is essentially no warranty whatsoever since the entire garage would have some level of foot and car traffic daily. Very disappointed. Take your time and shop around.

Then, they tell me there is a problem with our plumbing, (i don't think this was true, but I trusted them so I agreed to the extra $10,000.00, to "fix" it). They dug up a trench across my entire back yard. They should have put the orange fencing around it but didn't. After our blind dog fell in the trench, we went and bought the fencing and had them put it up. Well, the job took 2 months to complete. Now, I've got bugs coming out of the drains. Mosquitoes, gnats, flies. They dive bomb me while I'm on the toilet. The best part, I was taking a shower, I look down and there's a big black flat headed worm in the shower with me!! Called a plumber and they tell me the toilet drain is not working, and sewage is bubbling up from the pipe. It's going to cost $6,000.00, to fix. I called eco star and they said it's out of warranty so I'm on my own. I'm 66 years old old. My husband and I are on social security. We now have to take out a loan to pay for repairs. Because of eco star, I hate my bathroom and wish I'd just left it alone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECO STAR!!!!
