Of the remodeling projects and vendors I've used, Kingdom is the best. Very good, we used them for a bath remodel because of a leaky shower. It ended well and we are pleased. Fred (owner) is a truthful and honorable man. He was always professional. Nearly all of his team is great. They are courteous, competent, and can be counted on. We had a few minor issues along the way and Fred and team solved them. With one glaring exception-shower glass. He used a subcontractor for this and they were awful. They randomly showed up unannounced and then didn't show when scheduled. When they did, they were more interested in saying how good and competent they were. Usually they were surly and talked more about their experience than doing the work. Well, they were here 4 times before they got it right! And the fourth time it took Fred working side by side them to solve the issues. Because of them, I can only give 4 starts. To Fred's credit, he did not tell us the name of the glass firm and he took full responsibility for them. I recommend Kingdom and would use them again. Just insist on a different glass vendor. read more

We engaged with Fred @ Kingdom to demo and re-install flooring in several rooms that a previous contractor literally butchered over a 3 month period. Fred's crew professionally completed in 2 days the same project the 1st contractor stumbled through for 3 months and 5 "repair visits". Many product choices with professional advice. This is my new fireplace tile that Kingdom flooring installed about two months ago. The tile is from different dye lots. At first the installers said it was wet. Then it is the light. No they didn't check to see if the tile matched. They didn't lay it out. It's so disappointing every time I look at it. They said they would redo it but I would have to pay if it looked the same. So the guys who did a poor job at first will come out and do a terrible job again. No I don't think so. read more

We used Kingdom Flooring 10 years ago to have our floors and carpet replaced. They did such a great job that when we wanted to redo our kitchen this is the only place we considered. Fred understood exactly what we wanted and went to great lengths to find the color and style we wanted. The workmen are exceptional and very professional. Kingdom Flooring did an excellent job on our new floor. We were replacing our damaged hardwood floor with porcelain tile that looked like wood. Fred at Kingdom Flooring helped us select from many samples he had in his showroom. They helped us choose a great on and agreed to do a 1/16" grout line and grout color to match. The project went a little over, because our wood floor was very difficult to pull out. Kingdom flooring pressed through and delivered a beautiful floor. Fred was very good about communicating project costs and what to expect. They aver very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'd recommend them. read more

My husband and I hired Fred and his team to help us update our master bathroom. The process and product selections went well. It was at the end of the project where things went wrong, which forces me to write this review. The marble countertop had waterspots on it. I noticed these spots as soon as the marble was installed. I reported this issue immediately. After having a couple different folks come out to look at these spots I was told it was in the stone. I don't think so. Regardless, during the process of these folks studying the spots, they removed the shine in the middle of the countertop. My mistake was paying Kingdom before this issue was resolved. It's now been 7 months and Kingdom will not return my call. I stopped in the store and they said they would open a new ticket in order to resolve this issue. I've asked that they return and add the shine back to the marble. Over-the-counter products do not work. If you decided to use Kingdom, be sure EVERYTHING is to your satisfaction before paying them. I should know better. I trusted Fred and he failed. UPDATE: This past week (Aug 7-11, 2017) Kingdom Flooring sent out a team to put the shine back on my bathroom countertop. For this I've changed my rating to 4 stars. It would have been 5 but it took 8 months to correct this issue. read more

We just replaced an older floor rug with wood flooring plus trim. Kingdom Floors were on-time and executed the job in a very well done fashion. They have a lot of samples which you can borrow in order to make a match to your needs before committing to a particular product. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I walked into Kingdom flooring on Thursday and was able to pick a few hardwood samples to take home. By that afternoon, installers arrived to prep my home office for next day installation! As promised, installers arrived early the next morning and completed the job. We had hardwood installed in many other rooms in our house a few years ago by a different company, but I think Kingdom flooring did a much better job. I will definitely consult with them on future home renovations. All employees I dealt with were very friendly and polite. I was really impressed. read more
