NO. It was done in less than a week - and when we found an issue - he had it fixed before I was finished telling him about it. The installation of counters (in a world of uneven things) - I don't know where to begin - care was taken to demo, and install new counters and you cannot tell there was work done. Repairs required lacing in new flooring for several holes that were cut previously to install foundation support and several areas of buckled flooring. The joinery to lace in the new pieces to the existing floor is so perfect that the joints defy identifying where new meets old. They worked quickly and efficiently for about 2 days, exactly on time as agreed. They removed all the debris and vacuumed all areas when done. The cost was considerable, but for the skill and quality of the work, and professionally meeting high expectations, the value received was worth every penny. David Youngblood was excellent in communicating with us and explaining as needed. If we ever need any such future work Youngblood's will be who we call.

They also claimed they were going to fix everything when i have proof that they only offered to fix a few scratches and cabinet adjustments and acid wash on the shower when there was so much damage to my home and my belongings. Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Master Bath$23,000 flooring already has soft spots and raised spots they also left a mess, paint spray, concrete spray in shower, foam and grout in cabinet. The safety bars were installed with only 1 screw on each side and immediately became loose and i almost fell in the shower, I have multiple sclerosis and rely on safety. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. Draper Floors has a large selection of flooring to select from including ceramic, porcelain, and wood. With Tim and Joshue's help my wife and I found the perfect, reasonably priced tile for our project at Draper Floors and once we ordered the selected tile Ronie and his crew demolished and removed the old flooring and installed the new flooring with care and attention to detail all in a span of three days. They also moved furniture and appliances and covered furniture with plastic to minimize dust from the demolition of the old ceramic tile floor. I like that Draper Floors is a local neighborhood service and when the time comes to update our bathroom, we will use Draper Floors tile selection and installers again for the tile work in the bathroom.

07-23-2025 Update to update…read moreJohn Less, owner, no longer uses the same phone number and will not return our calls relating to a $5000 floor job they did for us over a year ago. I know they may have a lot of good reviews, but it's the bad ones you need to pay attention to. They sent out a contraction to repair one small spot without telling me it would not be their company showing up. The contractor hired to help fix all of their mistakes/inferior or competent employees. Owner and Manager have admitted that the job that was performed at our house on our garage floor was not done properly and needed another coat of urethane on top. It has taken them over a year to respond just to tire marks that will not come off of our floor. we are very familiar with this type of flooring because we had the same stuff put in our other house 11 years ago and did not have one issue. We also used garaginization to do that floor so we used them again because we were happy with the first time. I spoke to the owner over a month ago." I told him they needed to hire someone to remove our items from our garage and place them back and they were finished correcting their mistakes. He said they would not do that because that was not in their policies. I said you are the owner you have the right to make exceptions. The only thing he's willing to do is put another coating of urethane on top, but expects us to pay to have it moved and stored in a small unit in our driveway all over again, even though it was obviously their mistake. Listen to your voice listen to this review because it can't happen to you. I have posted several notes with text messages and voicemails attached to this review so there's plenty of documentation to back up what I'm saying. If you are an upstanding company and make a mistake, I believe you should do whatever it takes to correct the problem even if that means moving the items in and out of the garage for the homeowner. Why should the homeowner have to hire someone to move the stuff again if they don't wanna do it, then he needs to compensate us for us hiring someone to do it either way he's not going to do anything about it, and expect us to move it in and out again.and do the right thing by the customer, especially when they spend a massive amount of money to get this project done and have admitted there was a mistake. The employees who laid the floor no longer work there I'm not sure why they left but they are definitely incompetent. If they have quality control measures in place they would not have this issue but they do not and they are terrible about communication and returning your calls. The only time I can get them to call me is when I leave an updated review. It's very sketchy when the owner's number belongs to someone else now. Is he hiding? Update Kidd finally came out and looked at floor and admitted it needed another coat of epoxy. I asked them to help remove the items since it was not our error and we already paid to have this service plus a storage unit to do it. He said they don't do that. I asked him to speak with the owner. Kidd said he was going to call my husband back that day since he arrived early at my house. They will not respond to calls or texts for over two weeks. We have been ghosted. Even though they admitted to failing to properly cover the floor, they will not return our calls. Terrible company Doesn't respond to calls or issues needing to be corrected. Rude office employees. Tire marks all over floor that can't be removed without acetone. Another company told me they did not apply enough top coat so tires will consistently leave permanent marks if not removed without acetone acetone. Didn't respond for over a year.
