We are having an issue with this group. Our Richardson home has a very steep roof, and we had water…read morerunning out over the gutter onto the front walkway a few feet beyond our covered front porch with any heavy rain. They suggested a diverter strip. We agreed, and paid for the installation. When, sometime later, we finally got a good, hard rain, the water came up over the gutter again, but not where it used to. Now it comes over the gutter onto the covered porch, right in front of the front door! We believe the diverter was not positioned quite right. It does not have an end on it, and it does not go all the way to the end of the short gutter line it is attached to. We called the company the day after the heavy rain with our issue. They came out promptly, but all they would offer is a major redo of our front gutter system. We are not in a position to do that right now. We told the owner of this group that we just want the diverter extended to the end of that short gutter run, and an end cap of some sort put on it at the end where it is directly over the front porch. We said we think this is a logical next step to try, and that we fully expect this to come at an additional charge to us. We were simply told they "cannot do that". (Of course they can.) We explained that the current situation is much worse than what we started with, and if they cannot/will not do what we think is likely to help, that the diverter needs to be removed. Having a very large amount of water coming down on our front porch right in front of our front door is not OK! The owner wrote in one email that he was being "yelled" at when he was here. Reading this was a total shock to both of us, and is absolutely not true. The gentleman was standing 20+ feet from us, and we live just one house in from a VERY noisy 6-lane road. If we were raising our voices at all, it was in the hope that he could hear us! We are both seniors with some hearing loss, so (as we further explained to him) possibly we do speak somewhat loudly, but "yelling"? Absolutely not. We have told the business owner we have no ill feeling toward his company and just would like to get this taken care of one way or the other (prefer to extend and cap the end of the diverter; or as a last resort, remove it). Now, they are not responding to our emails. We had one previous dealing with the group that turned out to be quite satisfactory. YHE actually should stand for Your Home Exploiter…read more I have only one regret in this life, and that is letting this company into my home. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

I have Audio recordings of them promising to fix everything on 3-2-26 and then basically calling me a liar a few days later also on audio recordings. They also claimed they were going to fix everything when i have proof that they only offered to fix a few scratches and cabinet adjustments and acid wash on the shower when there was so much damage to my home and my belongings. Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. I have videos, photos, audio recordings, every single text message.

Anthony's communication was the best I have ever experienced with a contractor. He showed up when he said he would, and if anything needed to change he called or notified me right away. He also worked with me to make sure the final product matched what I had in mind. At one point he even stopped and redid part of the work because he felt it was not up to his standards, which says a lot about the pride he takes in his work. The finished carport is sturdy, well built, and looks like it belongs in the backyard. It feels much more premium than the cost would suggest. After comparing prices with prebuilt carport kits at Home Depot, I know I ended up with a far better product for a fair price. I would absolutely hire Anthony and his team again, and I plan to have them back in a few months to paint it.
