We found these guys through Google and called them bc of the great reviews. We hired them for the job bc Hunter and Angi were so nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We asked Hunter for an all out estimate as if we would be getting all they offered and we scaled back from there. Not once did we feel like Hunter was trying to push us to do it all. One of their reno guys was hurt the week we were scheduled to have our garage done and they were able to keep the dates they promised us and other crews stepped up to help get it done. All with a smile. There were about 6 people total who came to do the jobs on our garage and every single one was on time, worked hard, and incredibly friendly. We really have no complaints. There were a couple of small touch ups that needed to be done after all jobs were completed and Angi scheduled them to come out the very next week (which was 2-3 days after our garage was finished). Justin, John, Thom, and the other guys (forgot everyone's names) did fantastic jobs on the floors, painting the walls, and installation of the slat walls. Thanks again guys! 07-23-2025 Update to update John Less, owner, no longer uses the same phone number and will not return our calls relating to a $5000 floor job they did for us over a year ago. I know they may have a lot of good reviews, but it's the bad ones you need to pay attention to. They sent out a contraction to repair one small spot without telling me it would not be their company showing up. The contractor hired to help fix all of their mistakes/inferior or competent employees. Owner and Manager have admitted that the job that was performed at our house on our garage floor was not done properly and needed another coat of urethane on top. It has taken them over a year to respond just to tire marks that will not come off of our floor. we are very familiar with this type of flooring because we had the same stuff put in our other house 11 years ago and did not have one issue. We also used garaginization to do that floor so we used them again because we were happy with the first time. I spoke to the owner over a month ago." I told him they needed to hire someone to remove our items from our garage and place them back and they were finished correcting their mistakes. He said they would not do that because that was not in their policies. I said you are the owner you have the right to make exceptions. The only thing he's willing to do is put another coating of urethane on top, but expects us to pay to have it moved and stored in a small unit in our driveway all over again, even though it was obviously their mistake. Listen to your voice listen to this review because it can't happen to you. I have posted several notes with text messages and voicemails attached to this review so there's plenty of documentation to back up what I'm saying. If you are an upstanding company and make a mistake, I believe you should do whatever it takes to correct the problem even if that means moving the items in and out of the garage for the homeowner. Why should the homeowner have to hire someone to move the stuff again if they don't wanna do it, then he needs to compensate us for us hiring someone to do it either way he's not going to do anything about it, and expect us to move it in and out again.and do the right thing by the customer, especially when they spend a massive amount of money to get this project done and have admitted there was a mistake. The employees who laid the floor no longer work there I'm not sure why they left but they are definitely incompetent. If they have quality control measures in place they would not have this issue but they do not and they are terrible about communication and returning your calls. The only time I can get them to call me is when I leave an updated review. It's very sketchy when the owner's number belongs to someone else now. Is he hiding? Update Kidd finally came out and looked at floor and admitted it needed another coat of epoxy. I asked them to help remove the items since it was not our error and we already paid to have this service plus a storage unit to do it. He said they don't do that. I asked him to speak with the owner. Kidd said he was going to call my husband back that day since he arrived early at my house. They will not respond to calls or texts for over two weeks. We have been ghosted. Even though they admitted to failing to properly cover the floor, they will not return our calls. Terrible company Doesn't respond to calls or issues needing to be corrected. Rude office employees. Tire marks all over floor that can't be removed without acetone. Another company told me they did not apply enough top coat so tires will consistently leave permanent marks if not removed without acetone acetone. Didn't respond for over a year. read more

I needed just a few garage cabinets to complete an array of different types of storage units. Hunter kindly gave me an estimate and the work was finished this morning, Friday, April 21, 2023. I am VERY pleased because the workmanship of WA KILEMBI was "a cut above" as he had to improvise on one unit. They really "fit the bill" and look terrific. He was W O N D E R F U L to work with and clearly, very good at what he does from start to finish. Pretty extraordinary for one so young and I have to say, I'm very impressed with his skill level. My only other comment would be that there probably needs to be better intercompany communication overall in their production. That said? In the middle of a garage floor project with them right now. They don't understand the concept of underpromise overdeliver. They will not be there when they say they will. And you will hear every excuse in the book. They over commit and then just leave you hanging because they have your deposit. The most frustrating experience I have had with any vendor to date. Their heart is in the right place but. It took 5 months to finally complete when it was supposed to take 6 weeks. They were a little over a month late on the install and when they did install they did not protect the cabinets and every door, drawer and top was scratched. Took over a month to get replacement and then when delivered they did not have everything. Multiple trips were made to complete only to find out they did not have everything they needed. FInally a gentleman flew in from Atlanta and completed the final doors and hardware. While their heart is in the right place their processes really leave a lot to be desired. read more

Choosing them is probably the most i regretted. They do not respect your schedule. They set the schedule without consulting with customer and assumed customer be available for sure. On the scheduled date came they not showing up and you wasted couple of days because of the delay. Finally they came but not even completed the job. Not installing doors on the cabinets they supposed to. Demanded pay in full without completing the job. There are no slate wall accessories and money bar accessories. Spent lots of money and job is only 85% completed. Saying manufacturers did the wrong and that is it. No update whatsoever when will the doors be installed and no accessories. Customer service is really bad, do not expect any customer service if you hired the company. I will no recommendation this company at all to anyone. I paid in full for a 85% completed job. read more

I contacted Hunter who was very patient with us in trying to figure out a design while sticking to our budget. But he got it all figured out. Then we were passed on to AWESOME ANGIE ( that's what I call her) cuz she was very professional and accommodating to our installation date.. and then there was the hard working crew that did a fantastic job! Sent an online request for a quote. Received a voicemail message and returned the call a few days later. I left a voicemail message in the morning just to get a text message back around 9pm that evening saying sorry, it was like a Monday, yadda yadda and what it was I was wanting for my garage. I replied back to the text and never heard back. What a terrible way to do business. Never communicated with a business over text before. Needed some overhead and wall storage in the garage. They sent out a "consultant" who looked everything over, measured everything, ordered it all and set up time for installation. When the installer arrived he quickly installed the wall storage without issue. He looked at the vaulted ceiling in my garage (and yes, it was vaulted when the consultant evaluated it) and said the overhead storage could not be done on a vaulted ceiling and left. So...I installed some nice overhead storage myself with the help of my son. A fews months later, during the summer, the wall storage product softened in the heat (I assume), warped and my bike fell onto my car. I reported this to the company and, to their credit, they promptly replaced the defective panel at no charge. However, I was present when the installer came to replace the panel and noticed he was using the same holes in the studs where the previous anchors had been. I suggested he drill some new holes or use longer anchors and he assured me everything would be alright. Slightly dismissive. A few days later my bike again fell on my car, this time ripping the panel completely off the wall just as I had predicted. I called the company and explained the situation, but this time requested a full refund. Again, to their credit, I received a refund and they came and removed the material. After the wall panels were removed I discovered that the original installer had simply used a nail to put holes in the wall all over the place to identify the location of the studs. There were anywhere from two to four nail holes on both sides of each stud!!! This guy apparently had never heard of a "stud finder". Could have used mine had I known he was so incompetent. Anyway, I usually don't write these reviews but as I am several hours into repairing and repainting my wall and pretty hacked off, I felt I needed to share this experience. I am personally installing some new wall storage I picked up from Gladiator. I'd look elsewhere. read more

I had overhead racks and the monkey bar system installed last week. The salesman, Bill Zins, did a great job explaining all the different products and options that they offer. He was very professional and took his time showing me the different products. The installer, Nick Rhyner, installed the package all by himself in a few hours. He was efficient and professional. I have zero complaints about this company. Bill came out to give us a quote in a timely manner, and as soon as we settled on a plan, we were scheduled for two installation dates. Angie in the HQ office kept in constant contact regarding our appt times and would make sure to alert me if there was any changes due to COVID related product delays. Daniel did a fantastic job with our monkey bar system and Marcus installed good looking cabinets. Both men were very friendly, competent and efficient. They were in and out as quickly as they could be without sacrificing quality. This is a tough job in the heat of summer but they didnt cut corners. Can't vouch for the owners' integrity but they screwed up the measuring, are poor at communicating the work schedule, but will promise the moon during their sales pitch. What should have taken 2 days, has taken more than 8! We have to be inconvenienced by having stuff sitting in the driveway longer than the HOA likes and more importantly not knowing when they are going to show up and finish the job. Customer service and communication are not their strong suits. Look around for other choices! read more

I have called the business number three times, sent two emails to the info@ address and even called supposed owner's personal number provided by fellow Yelp reviewer, nothing but silence. When you call the office line, you are required to provide all your personal information, then told you will be contacted to set up an estimate.
