She had incredible ideas, flawless taste, and hands down the BEST crew ever. I can't even count how many times she personally came over to the jobsite to check progress, help make decisions, and keep the work rolling. She even came over one evening and helped me pack up everything so that we could get to work on the GORGEOUS wood floors! Every contractor and craftsman was meticulous, neat, polite, and VERY picky about their quality of work. They were respectful or our property, our time, and our home. And of course Patty kept it all rolling! My new bathroom especially is breathtaking and FABULOUS! I'm sure we added significant value to our home. I'd work with Patty again in a heartbeat.

I was advised that the carpet would be appropriate with pets, but its condition is so poor that it can no longer be vacuumed due to the strings that have pulled out. Nine months later, my carpet needs replacing. All About Floors refused to replace the carpet or help me in any way. I am now faced with the cost of replacing of over 1000 feet of carpet, ten months after installation. Repairs required lacing in new flooring for several holes that were cut previously to install foundation support and several areas of buckled flooring. The joinery to lace in the new pieces to the existing floor is so perfect that the joints defy identifying where new meets old. They worked quickly and efficiently for about 2 days, exactly on time as agreed. They removed all the debris and vacuumed all areas when done. The cost was considerable, but for the skill and quality of the work, and professionally meeting high expectations, the value received was worth every penny. David Youngblood was excellent in communicating with us and explaining as needed. If we ever need any such future work Youngblood's will be who we call.

Wow! What a great company to work with…read more We had a water heater fail while our house was on the market, resulting in water damage, drywall repairs, painting, flooring work, and more. Jamie and the PK team worked incredibly hard to get our master bedroom restored (quickly) and the affected areas repaired--honestly, better than they were before. What impressed us most was how much they genuinely cared about us as customers. They communicated well, took pride in their work, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. It's unfortunate that we're moving, because I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. Do yourself a favor and give this company a call--you won't be disappointed!

Our install was not the best experience due to the distributor cancelling our order for some…read morereason. We picked out our flooring two months in advance, and Abraham said that the distributor must have assumed that it was canceled because the install was not until two months later. I did not hear from them in the weeks leading up to our install so I called a week in advance to see if we were still good to go and they assured that everything was still set for the date we picked. Anyways, my husband had taken the week off of work and they only had enough engineered hardwood flooring to do one room. They went ahead and did the carpet in the bedrooms by Friday of that week. They didnt start on the rest of the house until the following Monday. So we had to takeoff work again, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The workers showed up on time on Monday to rip up the flooring. They didn't show up until noon on Tuesday to install the new flooring so they were still working up until 8 o'clock that night and were still not finished by that evening so they had to come back out Wednesday morning to finish. Needless to say this drug on for almost 2 weeks with our house being turned upside down, not being able to get to our stuff or Cook in our kitchen. I requested that Abraham hire a cleaning service to clean our house because we both had to go back to work and didn't have time to put it back together until the following weekend. He agreed and he did send someone out the next day and they did an impeccable job cleaning the house and getting rid of the dust. I will say had the distributor not canceled our order, we probably would've had a better experience and it would've been done in a timely manner. I think that it's a reputable place and they're honest people. They could work on their communication skills a little better. Would I recommend them again yes because overall the work was good and they did try to make it right after the mistake happened.

There were at least 5 aesthetic things they did incorrectly, but they took so long to complete the job that I just wanted them out of my house. Which was interesting, because we were under the impression we had hired licensed professionals when we hired them to do the work. Buyer beware.

I promptly paid and Shawn, the Frisco store manager, continues to promise to come by and make these few quick fixes but never follows through. I've emailed the owner, Sharif Asad, and got no response. What's more frustrating is the fact that I got their information from the KRLD Consumer Team. I have even reached out to them to no avail. The Flooring was installed in my mom's house, after she was taken advantage of by another contractor who took ALL her money and did only half the work. I paid to have the flooring redone since the loose laminate flooring was unsafe for my 76 year old mother.
