Absolutely highly recommend, I should have called Ryan's Epoxy months ago. The quality of work, quick and effective communication, as well as fair competitive pricing- it is a no brainer to call them for a garage floor or other living space flooring sealant project. Our homes garage floor had awful condition due to previous owner neglect, drainage issues, etc. The 'BEFORE' photo should speak for itself. Everytime I opened my garage I had a sinking feeling of how bad it looked, and I didn't know if anything could really be done to improve it. Boy was I wrong because it is night and day difference now. I reached out and he got back to me same day, came next day for firsthand look at the space of work and quote (which was fair and competitive). The scope of Ryan's work took only 2 days, and 1 day to let all the material treatment set and cure. My floor was in really bad shape it had was very large crack and chip in the concrete and large oil stains through out the floor from the previous home owner. I thought I was stuck with the disaster of a floor until I called Ryan's Epoxy. They had the best price in my area which was originally their selling point. But when Ryan first started working on my floor, I realized he really took pride in his work. He was very meticulous to make sure that the concrete was perfect before he poured out any epoxy. I did not expect such a transformation from epoxy, but Ryan knocked it out of the park. He showed up on time and did a great job with my floor. I am blown away with the my new epoxy floor! My home was built in the late 80s. My floor originally had a huge cracks everywhere and chips missing in many areas. There were also random stains throughout the floor. Needless to say it was ugly. When I was looking for contractors to do my floor, Ryan's Epoxy was an easy choice.
