Read the reviews on yelp and contacted Travis about making a gate for our backyard - wanted a design that would allow some airflow. 2 days later, we have a new gate made from scratch and installed. Very very pleased, exceeding our expectations. Highly recommend Travis for your projects. read more

We hired Done Right Handyman Service to fix our front gate. Travis was able to get us on the schedule on short notice, and was very accommodating of our tight schedule. Travis was very responsive during the scheduling process and offered to complete the job at a competitive price point. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job and we are thrilled with the results. We'll definitely give him a call for our next project. read more

Travis helped me out with a fairly unique project to put a vent in the garage for some fume ventilation with painting / printing. He came by and realistically quoted the project to me and while the initial price came in high, one thing that I really appreciate about someone like him is that when he saw the actual scope of the project, he changed his quote dramatically, was just a matter of thinking I wanted something way fancier than I actually needed. As for the actual work itself, he was here in a timely fashion, completed the work with good detail and minimal input, can you really ask for much more? Thanks for also providing input on some other smaller things in the house, I would definitely call him back for another job. read more

Travis was very communicative! He came by to do an estimate. We had three estimates and his wasn't the cheapest but was in the middle and because Travis wasn't cutting corners. He fixed our sink two weeks ago and it's been holding up very wells. Our sink needed supports and to be re-sealed. Travis didn't just put wood beams (like the most expensive estimate told us). Travis installed mounts that attached to the cabinets and his solution has worked beautifully. We will definitely use him again. He also used epoxy as a sealant and we've had no issues with water leakage. Thanks Travis ! read more

Right price and very responsive. Travis is easy to work with- I recommend him as he took care of everything without much of guidance. Very communicative and trustworthy. read more

Travis was great. Got the job done timely and as promised. He repaired dog damage to the fence and added new hardware to our gate. He helped me pick the best option to stay within my desired price range. He charged an hourly rate plus supplies. At the end he noted how tight the spring was and offered options. He left me the old spring and the tool bit we need just in case we decide to go back to the old one. He could have set it up so we would have to pay him again but instead he was honest and helpful to ensure we were satisfied. read more

Definitely recommend Travis! He was super communicative to coordinate popping over to see all the things I needed help with in my new home. He gave advice on what I needed and what I needed to consider before moving forward. Shutter installation, fence border, towel racks, TV mount, and a garden hose retractor that goes into brick. Quote was fair and reasonable, and including the advice, I think I definitely came out ahead! read more

Travis was able to schedule the work fairly quick. He came out and built a new gate within an afternoon. He repaired and repainted the hardware so that it looks new. He stabilized the part of the fence where the gate attaches in order to prevent it from pulling free again. He provided quality workmanship. He cleaned up afterword and removed the old gate. He's easy going and easy to talk to. I highly recommend. I've attached old and new photos. read more

I had a bucket list of things around the house that had been piled up by the time I got in touch with Travis. He came by and inspected once, had a quote for me that night, got to work asap and had everything done within two workdays. Cleaned up behind himself perfectly and checked up the next day. 100% would recommend Travis to anyone looking for a do it all handyman. read more

Travis responded quickly. He was professional, priced fairly, and did an amazing job. I will definitely use his services again.

I picked Travis based off the Yelp reviews and the fact that he was the only person I contacted who actually contacted me back. He was able to come out the next business day to give an estimate and the day after to complete the work. He did a great job repairing my gate and fence along with installing a light timer. I highly recommend him. read more

We were impressed with Travis from the start. He was quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate and came over the same day to give an estimate. We needed some large art pieces hung, one of which was over the mantle that had stone work on it. He was able to hang everything with no issues. He even helped us troubleshoot an issue we were having with our refrigerator. We have since had him give us estimates for some fence work we need done. He tries to find solutions that make sense while saving us money. He is friendly, courteous, and great at what he does. I highly recommend him! read more

Overall my experience with the contractor/owner of Done Right Handyman Services, Travis Hiltbrenner, was shocking. He increased his initial estimate of $750 by $250 the day before the work was to begin on a decorative fence project at my home. In spite of many requests Travis never provided a credible explanation and/or receipts for the cost increase. He expected to be paid $1000. on completion of the project. When I did not agree to comply with his agenda he immediately filed a law suit in small claims court against me. He still expects to receive a payment of $980 and Court costs in spite of having done NO work on my property or provided receipts to justify his charges. read more

We just bought a new counter depth refrigerator and found out after delivery that it was too tall to fit under the existing upper cabinet. They came out and modified the upper cabinet and solved the problem. Good quality work done for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. read more
