I reached out via text to let him know I found someone to talk to about the codes and ill keep him up to day. I never heard from him again, he ghosted....trash and a waste of my time. I ended up hiring another contractor with dfw complete handyman services. His name is Charles and he offered a great price and handled everything for me and his work is backed by one year garuntee. If you value your time and want to work with a professional who's not lazy, hire someone else.
