He spent 25 minutes on-site and only did light wiring on two outlets, but still charged $350 because "that's what was quoted." No materials used, just labor. He did give a $50 discount, but $350 for 25 minutes is the most I've ever paid for basic electrical work. When I pushed back, he said "Google placement is expensive." If you use this company, insist on a basic service call first. Don't agree to pricing until someone actually sees the problem.

We could not be more disappointed with the customer service we received. We hired them to hang some patio lights in our backyard. They ended up charging us more than they said in the beginning for the materials used. They broke a couple of our bulbs, which they told us about, but, they didn't clean it up and one of our dogs stepped on the broken glass and got it stuck in their paw. They didn't hang the strands evenly like they said they would. When we called them about it, they knew exactly what we were talking about and said they'd come back but it would cost us almost $100. We expressed that we didn't think that was fair and tried to work with them. The guy was so rude and said he couldn't go any lower because he wouldn't make a profit. After talking with him, it was clear that making a profit was all he cared about. After we hung up, he texted me later that night and said he could come down on the cost to come back, but, in addition to the cost, we would also need to throw in our extra box of lights (they said we had one box of lights that they ended up not using) for them to KEEP - not even use on or house - in order for the "deal to be on the table." We were so upset. We felt like we shouldn't have to barter with these guys in order to get the job done the way it was supposed to be done in the first place. The next day, I brought inside what I thought was the unopened box. When I opened it, I found an old set of lights we had up (we tried to originally hang different lights before we hired these guys). I reached out to the guy to find out where they left our unopened box of lights because we were going to try to return them. He responded that the "deal is off the table" and we need to call someone else because they "refuse to come back to our house and do anything." It's been a couple of days and we still cannot find this unopened box of lights. If you're looking into hiring this group, PLEASE don't. Go with someone else. There are tons of reputable, professional electricians out there that will probably do a great job at a fraction of the cost that we paid. I wish we would have researched more. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how we feel right now.

He removed it and went to the truck to see if he had one in his stock to replace it. He even said if neither of the two he took from his stock didn't fit, he would go to the local hardware store and buy one that did fit. Fortunately one did fit and he was able to have it all replaced and cleaned up in less than an hour. Before he left we checked to see if the new circuit breaker was heating up and it wasn't.
