I had them do some work for me and they did a decent job. I was going to hire them for another project but before scheduling they require half of the total price as a down payment which was $1.4k. I ended up having to cancel and they haven't refunded me my money despite numerous requests and have further stopped responding to me. And the number I had been using for them no longer works. So I don't know if they've blocked me or what, I now have to figure out how to get me money back for a job they didn't perform. read more

Justin was very professional, efficient and friendly. Justin was able to fix my overheated/melted circuit breaker. He removed it and went to the truck to see if he had one in his stock to replace it. He even said if neither of the two he took from his stock didn't fit, he would go to the local hardware store and buy one that did fit. Fortunately one did fit and he was able to have it all replaced and cleaned up in less than an hour. Before he left we checked to see if the new circuit breaker was heating up and it wasn't. I hired this company on June 15, 2026 to work on the electrical in my home. I paid $14,000 for the job. The team came out and worked from June 15th to June 20th. They have not returned; and stopped answering phone calls and messages. I've contacted the main number and it has been changed. Different parts of my home still doesn't have electricity. read more

These people are frauds. They submitted an untruthful permit and did not schedule an inspection. They took my payment and did not complete the work and performed shoddy work. They are not in business. I went to both addresses and they are not there. The phone mailboxes are full. DO NOT schedule anything with them. read more

Great response time and willing to travel; however, failed to disclose the steep $298 "visit" fee when scheduling the appointment. That is something which should be mentioned up front! The electrician was at our house for 15 minutes to evaluate the problem. That was worth $298? Seriously?! BTW I had another electrician come and fix the problem for $200! I had a very disappointing experience with HR Phoenix Electrical. The electrician arrived about 50 minutes late -- which I was willing to overlook -- but it quickly became clear the technician was moving extremely slowly. After taking a long time to diagnose the issue, he told me I simply needed a new GFCI outlet. I've replaced these myself before for under $20, so I was surprised when he quoted $298 for the hour, despite only being there roughly 30 minutes at that point. He then said he had to leave and purchase a GFCI from a hardware store -- surprising for such a basic and common part. He assured me he would be back, complete the work, and still finish within an hour total. Instead, he was gone about 25 minutes, returned, and ended up barely over the one-hour mark. Because of that, he charged me for a second full hour, even though the delay was entirely due to his slow pace and leaving to buy a part he should have had on-hand. To make matters worse, I had a coupon for a free estimate that he said didn't apply, meaning I would be charged even if I stopped the job -- which is the only reason I didn't cancel when I realized I couldn't supposedly use the coupon. Had I known I would be charged for two hours after the first scam, I would have asked him to leave within the first 30 minutes and handled the fix myself and saved hundreds of dollars. This felt dishonest, overpriced, and like a bait-and-switch. I strongly recommend avoiding HR Phoenix Electrical. I hope sharing my experience helps others steer clear of the same situation. read more

I made an attempt to put an insulated blanket over my mother's electric water heater. In the course of doing so, I managed to cause an electric arc of epic proportion and shorted out her entire house. I checked and flipped all the breakers and no luck. I found HR Phoenix through Yelp and I am glad that I did. An electrician was at the house within 20 minutes. Jackson was prompt, courteous, and professional. He went over everything that I did, took a look at the water heater, and ran a few tests to determine whether it was still good. He identified the wiring problem, fixed it, and then checked all of the circuit breakers to make sure that everything was good. He was very thorough and we felt like everything that needed to be checked was checked. He didn't try to upsell any products or services. HR Phoenix's pricing was in line with the ither companies that responded to my request, but they were able to come immediately and did an excellent job. We contracted this company for a simple wiring job to include track lighting, and wall mounted fans in our new commercial property. 0/10 would not recommend. We were initially quoted a four day turnaround time and the project took almost 4 weeks; so long that we had to push back the opening of our business. They damaged one of the ceiling tiles during our fan install and did not replace it. The install for the lights were delayed because the correct parts were not ordered. They also had to reposition the lights twice because they were off-center and not equal distance apart. The lights and fans were not set up how we requested, and as a result, the light switches are backwards, so the labeling and instructions for our staff had to be completely redone. While certainly don't expect anyone to be perfect, it was such a bummer to deal with the attitudes from the contractors. I originally hired this company because of their quick turnaround time and previous Google reviews; However, I felt like I needed to babysit every Step of the project in order for it to get done. I always felt like such an inconvenience every time I was requesting things to be done the way we had agreed-upon. read more

Service writer walked with me to 1st project in the house. I asked him to walk through the house with me to note which elec outlets needed to be replaced/repaired. He said it wasn't necessary- that his tech would walk through with me when he came. It turned out that in about 20 minutes the tech was finished with that 1st small project, having reused my old part! When I invited him to see the outlets needing replacing or repairs, he said that wasn't on his work order! THAT WAS THE BULK OF MY NEED FOR AN ELECTRICIAN!! So Phoenix charged me the standard $350 coming-out charge for a 20-minute job for which the repairman used MY OLD PART! read more

HR Phoenix Electric was great. First, they responded within 5 minutes with a quote for my job (I requested quotes through Yelp). Second, they were about $100 cheaper than the others ($500 cheaper than another company!). The project was installing a 50v plug (like for a dryer) for my car charger. Chase showed up on time, and he explained everything that needed to be done including cutting a hole in the drywall. Apparently some people don't realize these are electricians, not drywall people. He then asked me my preference on a white or stainless steel outlet. He did excellent work and was clean without leaving a mess. I was extremely happy! read more
