His scheduling coordinator reached out both through phone, email, and text and worked with us to arrange the timing. This company is the most professional I've had the pleasure to work with. They communicated through both texts and emails, sending photos of the job upon completion. They arrived on time and did a thorough job. They went above and beyond for us, including caulking a few of our windows and cutting off and disposing of an awning. They were upfront with all costs and expectations, were courteous and friendly, and were just so professional in all of their interactions. They told me they would send a crew of 2....they sent 1. He arrived on time, but informed me he needed to replace some equipment, which was in Arlington - over an hour away. Left at 9:45 am and didn't return until around 1:30 pm. Day 1: completed most of the back exterior. Said he had a small job the next morning but would be there by 1:00 to finish. On Day 2, his arrival time came and passed. I called their office to express my frustration with the progress. They assured me the work would be completed that day. Diane, in the office, apologized profusely for the problems. Steve (the owner/manager) was far less sympathetic and just said things happen. So, now we are going into Day 3. William (the window cleaner) asked if he could come early in the morning. Was not excited, but scheduled a 6:30 am arrival. At 6:25 he called to say he was just leaving and would be there shortly. He finally arrived at 7:15 am. All of the jobs that delayed mine were for far less $$$. I paid a premium price for a sub-par service. It is with much regret that I would never recommend Fish Window Cleaning services. They are taking on too many jobs, without enough crew. Management left their window cleaner to resolve a customer satisfaction problem that they should have addressed.

I hope you know humans and bots are able to spot disingenuous reviews, one of the "reviews" was by a "Richard G", same first name and last initial of the owner, let's hope that's a coincidence and not something else sideeye worthy. I won't comment on other glaring things in the unrecommended reviews but had I seen them before I attempted to book your company, I wouldn't have bothered. I was already suspicious of the company because of the lack of reviews on yelp, and asking for my card info BEFORE the service (which is almost unheard of for a service like this), however I was in a pinch and needed cleaners ASAP. When they left me in the dark, then rescheduled I became suspicious that I was being scammed as I had already given them payment info. Which is why I asked the employee several times about payment. I did not personally attack him, I was frustrated that he couldn't understand why I expected to be updated. If I was expecting a cleaner at 2:30, i should have gotten a call at 2:31 at the latest to update me on lateness regardless of whether a worker sliced open their hand. Not at 2:57. I asked why he would assure me of a time, collect payment, then not deliver and not bother to update me until very late. This company essentially derailed my moving plans then are shocked that I was frustrated with them.
