It was professional and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. We spoke on the phone and I provided him with the number of windows, etc. He emailed me a quote and the breakdown of the cost for each service included. Some of the other quotes were lower but I could tell that I would get what I pay for. Ronnie (or Ronald) cleaned the interior and exterior of my windows and did an impeccable job.
