I had a great experience with this company. I first contacted them through yelp indicating what I needed, left a phone number and property address. They follow up with me, went to the property did an estimate and sent it by email. Once I approved it, they were quickly to put me on the schedule (I needed the service that same week and they were able to accommodate me). During the whole process I never met with anyone in-person and the whole process went smoothly jut by email, phone or text message. I do not believe the windows in our home had been cleaned by any of the previous owners since the Clinton Administration. To describe them as grungy is being kind. Called NBCW based on previous Yelp reviews and Next Door comments. Our time table was narrow due to a scheduled install of plantation shutters and made more complicated by the number and design of the windows in the house. They came to do the estimate within two days and explained they were booked out past the shutter install date. I found their price to be so attractive. Both interior and exterior surfaces, I booked the job at that time. I explained my concern for being able to properly clean the window interiors of two of the very large windows with circle tops. They volunteered to clean those two windows' interiors then! Wow. And they did not want any prorated payment. A handshake was all that was needed. On the scheduled cleaning day, severe weather was forecast but they came out and cleaned the interiors - my big concern. As the weather went down the tubes, so to speak, they volunteered to come back on the weekend to do the exteriors. And again, no payment needed till the job was complete. As promised, they arrived early Saturday to wash all the exterior window glass. Incredible service and performance. A truly quality and customer service oriented company. read more

I guess it doesn't pay to be a long time customer. I had new windows installed back in April, and today, NBC came out for a window cleaning. I kept pointing out smudges,but couldn't tell if they were from outside or inside. Technician complained that he couldn't go back and forth to figure it out. Attitude galore. He left without so much as a thank you or goodbye . I called their office to voice my complaint and that they just lost a customer, and Ron said, OK, thanks for feedback. That's it. Our gutters and downspouts were clogged and doing that waterfall thing when it rained. The water was drilling pits in our lawn and garden! I had called several companies to get quotes on a home I was getting ready to list that had an enormous amount of windows. Having them clean and ready was essential to the listing. This occurred after some of the recent storms and I called various companies and they all said they were booked out for 3-6 weeks. Nothing but clean said they were out about 3 weeks, but would be happy to give me a quote and that we could be on first call if anyone cancelled. Someone cancelled and they squeezed us in. Not only did I get the windows cleaned, I was also able to get some large chandeliers that were super high cleaned too at a very reasonable price. They showed up on time and did a great job! Okay, this is a perfect example as to why Yelp should offer options for higher ratings.....in this case it would be a "10". No kidding, I've never experienced such outstanding results from a service cleaning my windows. First of all, I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Ron. He said it would be a day or two for them to get out to do an estimate; okay, no problem, the windows have been dirty for 6 months, what's a few more days. Second KUDO, Jamie, a very pleasant and nice young man, showed up around 1000a this morning just to give me an estimate, less than 24 hours of my phone call to Ron. Estimate - AWESOME, considering it included cleaning the INSIDE of the windows as well, along with washing the solar screens. (Approximately the same as previous service I used that did NOT clean the insides) It gets better; when I approved the job/price, he asked if I would like him to do it now. Way to go young man, go for it!! (Fit my personality perfectly, as I am one of those anal ( but very nice I must say) people who always wants it done yesterday) I will attempt not to get too verbose here; Jamie did an EXCELLENT job, inside and out. He was neat and professional, and cleaned up after he worked in each area of my home. (He gets even extra points because he just luved my little fuzz b. and she took to him immediately. She has a new friend and followed him from room to room!) Windows are SPARKLING, tracks cleaned, window sills cleaned and Solar Screens washed! These guys did a great job. They came to give me a quote within a day and were able to clean our gutters the same afternoon. They were prompt, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond what I expected. Called them to schedule a light in the hallway that needs to be cleaned I specifically told them that the light hangs over 15 feet high. While on the phone decided to get an estimate to clean all the windows was told $179 for 25 windows, more windows will cost more and the light would be cleaned for free. I was told that the supervisor would come out give me the price before starting so I could decide if I wanted to proceed or not. The crew came out quoted a price (which was fair) but said they didn't have a ladder tall enough to clean the light, the only reason I called in the first place. The wife said if they can't clean the light then we'll find someone who can do everything at the same time. Fair enough, at this time I would have given them 4 stars for the effort and said sorry it didn't work out. The reason I give them only 1 star is that less than 5 minutes after the crew leaves I get a call from someone at the company (owner, manager, supervisor not sure which but doesn't really matter). He says with attitude "My guys drive all the way out there and you tell them you didn't want the job done? Thanks a lot!" At which point I told him and his attitude to go F off. I don't know which world this guy lives in, but in the real world a salesman can't make every sale. And follow up phone calls like that tell the ones that you don't sell to that you never want their business in the future. Not a smart business model. So the moral of this story is that it sounds like they do a good job, but if you're unsure if you want them to do it, or are just wanting to get an estimate, then don't waste their time. read more

If I would base this on the GREAT work that Justin and Chris did, I'd give this 5 stars. However, i discovered, a few days after they came, that one of them left his jacket (it was a day that started out cold but got warm quickly.) When i found it, i called the office. Instead of saying "thank you," the office manager said,"Hmm. They didn't call me about it." I said, "It hasn't been cold, and i'm sure this belongs to one of them." I read her the make and size of the jacket and described it. She said, "well, just THROW IT AWAY, I guess." I was mortified. I said, "You're telling me it's not even worth it to give them a call and see if one of them lost a jacket." She said, "No." I loved the work, but i'm never using this service again because of that exchange. And if anyone runs into Justin and Chris, i did not throw away the jacket. read more
