Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. We had them come to clean out our very full gutters on our 2-story house, and they did a fantastic job - used ladders with stabilizers to protect our gutters while working on the roof, blew out our gutters, cleaned up all of the debris, and then hauled all the trash away afterwards. Arturo also pointed out a stain on the stucco on the side of our house from a leak from our A/C unit that we weren't planning on cleaning, which he then cleaned for us at no additional cost! Overall the team was very professional and responsive, the price was reasonable, and we're very happy with the results.
