One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. Finally texted from a different phone and got a response... Y'all need to make this right and come out and help fix these gutter guards you installed. Anyone one else having issues with them and want to join a class action lawsuit?

I turned again to YELP to locate a company to remediate the results and find the cause or source of the problem. Alan's Restoration had the highest number of 5-star reviews so I took a chance and contacted them - now wary of the highly rated YELP reviews. Turns out this outfit is worth their 5-stars - and then some. EXCELLENT customer service including accurate and frequent communication, fast response, quick turnaround, friendly people and most important - when a substantial problem (that they did not create) developed during the project - they came back after completion and corrected it the next day. And I'm sure it was probably at their expense. Not many companies like this around anymore. I know that for sure from nearly 70 years of experience with 50 in project management. It's a real crap shoot these days when contracting with anyone on YELP or pretty much anywhere else, as I unfortunately found out with that cable company that caused this entire problem.
