I used Onit Roofing and could not be happier with my choice. I had a few leaks in roof and scheduled them for an inspection and quote. They promptly scheduled me within 2 days and walked me through the possible causes of the leaks and also recommended a full roof tuneup. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was top notch. I had to have them come out a couple more times for one spot on our roof that kept leaking in our attic and they came out to fix it with no questions asked and no additional cost. They stand by their work and word. I worked with Josh Dill for the inspection and follow up fixes and he was excellent. Responded promptly and was very nice. I could not recommend them enough. I will be using them for any future roof work I will potentially need done. read more

We called Onit Roofing after noticing a small leak in our living room ceiling...Their representative...Whitney...came out and did a thorough roof inspection...quickly identifying that the builders of our back patio addition had done a poor job on the roof...She gave us a fair quote and scheduled her crew for Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. The team arrived on time...was very professional...and explained exactly what repairs they made...After finishing...they cleaned up all the trash and debris...leaving the area spotless...Whitney later followed up and sent us pictures of the completed repairs. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and felt the price was very reasonable...We strongly recommend Onit Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs done right. read more

I had a Raccoon get onto my roof and rip off some shingles, I called Onit roofing for a quote and Whitney came out and did a great job looking over my roof, and was very careful to not cause damage while walking on my roof. Their quote came in one of the lowest of the bids I received and they did excellent work. They were able to match the singles and do a great repair. They also checked over my entire roof and repaired any small issues they saw such as nail pops, exposed nails, bad shingles etc. Would not hesitate to hire them again read more

Are they still doing the ridge vents wrong that girl who went business with her brother-in-law knows nothing about Bruce and I hate that I have to pay another Roofing company to come out and fix which she easily could've fixed. All she had to do was fix 2 feet on the ridge line but no, she chooses to let my house flood get rain inside. Let animals inside so has anyone else had her do a roof lately? That is doing them correctly that is not open on both ends. read more

The project went smoothly with no surprises. I needed some new decking but that was suspected, and the cost per sheet was reasonable. The way the team handled the job was pretty impressive. read more

Whitney and the team are quick and professional! We had one roof leak she came and did a free inspection, helped identify another hidden one! Scheduled next week and the team came and fixed both in less than an hour and half, now we are safe and comfort! read more

I've been using Onit Roofing for over 6 years and they have consistently been responsive, thorough and professional. In November we lost a portion of our roof and it was time for an entire re-roofing. Whitney came out, evaluated the damage and documented everything for our insurance company. There was never any question- Onit was going to get the job based on our previous experience. When the time came, they thoroughly discussed the process, arrived on time, were efficient and cleaned up expertly. Their service, product and most importantly..the fact that they stand by their work..is the reason you should call them first. On a scale of 1-10...they're a solid 10! read more

They were very professional and were very thorough in their quote. Crew did a great job and clean up was done well. Owner also did a personal follow up coming on site and sweeping the area surrounding the house once again for stray nails read more

Reached out to Onit for a solar attic fan quote. Whitney immediately got back to me and helped talk through the options and process. We talked live sharing images back and forth of what we were talking about to ensure I would get what I was after. Within a week, Onit had a team at my house to seal off some old passive vents, install a new solar attic fan and add ventilation to one other area of my roof. The team had everything done and cleaned up within two hours and they even added weather sealant to all the other areas on my roof which hadn't been done in several years. The price, quality and thoughtfulness of handling some of my roof maintenance earned them top marks in my book. Already recommending to my friends and will use them when I have future roofing needs. read more

I had a very good experience with Whitney and her team. She came out and gave me a fair estimate and her guys did a fantastic job. I had 2 other estimates which were ridiculously high. If you want a fair estimate with great workmanship, Onit is the way to go. Thank you Whitney for taking care of everything for me. I was very happy to be dealing with a female contractor. Experienced and it shows. Happy to have chosen Onit for my roof replacement ........................

They were professional through and through, their quote was very detailed, and the crew was great. They did their job of cleaning up thoroughly and even the owner made a follow up visit coming over to the house personally doing another round of search back in the house to ensure that every stray nail was picked up. Good all round service. read more

The owner discusses the options and details of installation. Great service. Great installation. Most highly recommended!

Josh with Onit was punctual, knowledgable, and professional. Before inspecting the roof we talked about its age and condition and when I told him it was 6 years old, he said we'd probably have some rust on nails where the tar/adhesive would've come off and that could lead to water leaks. Sure enough he showed me the pictures of exactly what he suspected. He and his crew came out, fixed it, and were responsive the whole time. Onit is great and we will use them again if we need to! read more

Whitney and Onit roofing responded to my quote request within a few hours. Communication was excellent as my questions were answered quickly and scheduling updates were given on a regular basis. Whitney was able to accommodate a repair and a gutter installation within short notice to avoid further damage before a week of rain. She coordinated with the various trades and myself to make sure everything went smoothly. During our consultation she was professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and didn't try to upsell or push me on any extra items I didn't need. Installation went well and all work looked excellent. Since this project I've worked with Whitney a half a dozen more times for other properties and issues and each time has been nothing short of wonderful. Really wish all contractors were as awesome as Onit roofing. I would easily recommend Whitney and Onit Roofing to anyone for their roofing needs. read more

Great service and quality work. Scheduling was a breeze and crew was very professional

We loved Onit Roofing! Wee needed a second opinion on our roof repair. I called, didn't give them any details about the previous estimate from the roofer or insurance company, and their free estimate was in the range I expected. Not only that their personnel are efficient, professional and thorough. Everything was written down, they took before and after photos, they didn't upset or embellish! Just complete work requested. They were fast! One week from estimate to completed work. I absolutely will call them again for roof repair and future replacement. read more

Great customer service! Josh worked so hard to figure out our strange kitchen ceiling leak and was successful finding it. Onit Roofing provided above and beyond customer service during the process of repairing siding on my fireplace and completing a couple of small home projects. Josh (Owner) and Isaul (Installer) were both very knowledgeable, provided quality work, and offered beneficial recommendations for home improvement projects. Josh was very professional during our appointment. He inspected the damage and provided a thorough repair estimate. I was impressed with the value of work done and Josh's great follow-through, as he delivered on everything we agreed upon for the repair work in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Onit Roofing!! read more

I was recommended this roofing company by a family member and I was really satisfied with their work. My folks needed roof repairs and ONIT came through. Whitney returned all my calls/emails whereas others were too slow or inattentive. I also rarely run into female co-owned roofing companies so I wanted to show my support. I feel my folks roof is winterized and in much better shape than it was in. I wasn't about to climb a 2 story ladder so her sending me pics helped me realized what shape the roof was in and easier to green light the work. They are bonded which is also factored in. read more

Outstanding service, top tier quality, informative, and actively engaging through the entire project from beginning to end.

Fast, Professional, Competitive Priced and HAND NAILED My roof started to leak during the Christmas break and Whitney was first to respond and first to come out. It was still raining so she got into the attic and quickly identified the leak. 3 other companies came and no one else could find it! A full inspection showed I needed a new roof and after comparing quotes, OnIt was the best overall value. They used high quality materials, have a great warranty and HAND NAIL, yes HAND NAIL the shingles. The cause of my leak and one of the top causes of all asphalt shingle roof leaks are improperly driven nails. Project management was top notch, they fit me into the schedule quickly, communicated what to expect for material deliveries and timing, covered the landscaping and pool during the project and knocked out almost everything in one day. read more

I had 4 different roofing companies out to inspect and make recommendations on my 12+ year old roof. This was the only!! company that found the issue! Whitney took the time to sit and explain every option, every detail of the work, and was incredibly responsive to all of my many questions even after our meeting. I chose them to make the repair and was pleased with the price and the crew that was sent to complete it. They also re-sealed all of my exposed nail heads etc. A month later, I had my hot water heater replaced and asked if they could come re-seal the vent. Whitney offered to do it for free since we had just completed the re-seal work. That is what I call amazing customer service! When it is time to replace my roof, I already know who I am calling. Whitney, thank you for an actual pleasant experience! I'm glad I found y'all! read more

I've recently bought a used home that needed some small roof repairs. Given that it wasn't a whole roof replacement many companies were not interested on the job, luckily Onit roofing was. Whitney set a time to come checkout out the roof and even though I wasn't able to be home at the time she was kind enough to put pictures of the areas that needed repairs as part of their quote. Given the vast rain we have gotten in the last few weeks scheduling was not the easiest but they were able to come out as soon as weather permitted and got the repairs done. They did and amazing and prompt job and also filled out a roof evaluation that my insurance needed to continue coverage. Definitely recommend Onit roofing for their quality of work, promptness and customer service. read more

Had my appointment for estimate on replacement of siding rescheduled twice. Estimator finally came out the third time. Said that they would e-mail a estimate later the same day or next business day. More than a week later I still have not received an estimate. They don't seem to be able to actually deliver what they promise even if it just an estimate. I would go with another company if you are thinking about a project. read more
