I had 4 different roofing companies out to inspect and make recommendations on my 12+ year old roof. This was the only!! company that found the issue! Whitney took the time to sit and explain every option, every detail of the work, and was incredibly responsive to all of my many questions even after our meeting. I've recently bought a used home that needed some small roof repairs. Given that it wasn't a whole roof replacement many companies were not interested on the job, luckily Onit roofing was. Whitney set a time to come checkout out the roof and even though I wasn't able to be home at the time she was kind enough to put pictures of the areas that needed repairs as part of their quote. Given the vast rain we have gotten in the last few weeks scheduling was not the easiest but they were able to come out as soon as weather permitted and got the repairs done.
