I've recently bought a used home that needed some small roof repairs. Given that it wasn't a whole roof replacement many companies were not interested on the job, luckily Onit roofing was. Whitney set a time to come checkout out the roof and even though I wasn't able to be home at the time she was kind enough to put pictures of the areas that needed repairs as part of their quote.
