I don't know how exactly my mother found him but Stephen and his company has truly surpassed every milestone and expectation and went above and beyond. His patience to listening what my mother requests has been extra ordinary. My mother and I are of Asian descent and although my English is as American as it can get...; my mother can be hard to understand many times with her English. According to my mother and the many interactions I've had with Stephen, he has been courteous, extremely patience and followed through with every word of the contract. He knew the details of what our HOAs requirements were and this helped us stay on track and time. Even when we found out paperwork that needed to be filled , Stephen gladly paused the work until WE were satisfied before starting the construction demolition and roofing of my parent's roof. The day of roofing came and his team treated our property and our neighbors as if they lived there. Even before beginning work, Stephen reached out to make sure if we wanted our satellites re installed. Staging, demolition of the roof was clean throughout and the entire 2000 ? sq foot home and was completed in 1-2 days ( maybe one day). Came by to make sure and went over warranty information with my mother :) and then myself(over the phone). We were so impressed with his professionalism, work, communication that we preceded to have his company work on my home, as well as my sister's in the near future( hopefully by August). We were particularly interested in their K9 artificial turf options, and I can say with confidence that the final installed result exceeded expectations. We dealt with Jason and Greyson Guidry (father and son), who were great for the entire process. Their ForeverLawn Houston Team took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and preferences, including investigating our site drainage and working to ensure they had a comprehensive drainage plan before beginning. They carefully measured everything and provided new plan drawings until we had arrived at exactly what we wanted. This included a new fence, hardscape in portions of the back and side yard, the K9 artificial turf, and new landscape lighting. We were happy to have their expert guidance throughout the entire process. They paid close attention to the site preparation, ensuring that the ground was properly graded for positive drainage, a crucial factor in maintaining the longevity and appearance of the artificial turf.
