HARD WORK , diligent, straightforward, detail oriented! There is not much more to ask for. I love seeing people who are in their flow state moving and going and observing their craft at whatever they do. Mike was so awesome and thorough at cleaning and encouraged me to take a look at what he was doing. I'm very impressed with Mike and Tracy's pressure washing and leaving our exterior brick and siding looking real good - fresh and saying goodbye to the mildew build up. Walked us through everything they would do, prepped all surfaces and electronics prior to cleaning and finished up nicely! Thanks Mike and Tracey for stopping by on a Saturday afternoon and doing great work for us. No pictures needed for this review. read more

I got the dreaded letter from the Homeowner's Association about mold on the front of my home. Be it a restaurant or a pressure washing company like this, I always do extensive research in order to pick the best company for the job. This company did not disappoint whatsoever! I called and talked to Tracy who helped me get an appointment that works with my busy schedule. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable going with them. Mike showed up on time and got right to work. Walking around the house, we spotted a few more spots that the HOA did not complain about, but we all know that letter would come soon. Mike offered to do the rest of the house at a really great rate and I decided to go for it. He was done with the job quick and the house looks spotless. One of the neighbors even stopped to get info! I'm going to have him come back and do the driveway and sidewalks in the every near future!! read more

The photos speak for themselves! Had an appointment, but they had a last minute opening so came by early to do the entire house. Threw in the patio for free, too! You can see the patio at the bottom of one of the pics. read more

We are BEYOND happy with this company and the amazing job they did pressure washing our home!! Mike and his wife are true professionals!! It's soo refreshing to finally come across such hard working individuals who really take pride in what they do and how they do it!! I highly recommend this company if anyone is searching &/or in doubt of who to choose! The communication, scheduling, pricing, etc. was just excellent!! Great customer service guys--keep up the great work & thank you again for coming out!! read more

Do not schedule service with this company. I have no idea how good their work is but I was told they would have a person at my house Friday March 23, 2018 to perform the agreed upon service and that she would would call me the night before to confirm. Sounded good to me. She called me tonight and said she has me scheduled for April 20th because a regular customer had requested service and they could not come to my house. I took a day off of work to be here and I told her so - she became belligerent with me and angrily said she was cancelling my appointment. I have heard they do good work but their scheduler is a complete idiot. read more

Tracy and Mike did a great job! Tracy was very friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment. They were able to clean my front sidewalk, driveway, shingles, brick and siding. They also did my entire pool deck and more in my back yard. Mike pointed out some algae on my siding also and took care of it. Thank you guys for making my home look brand new again! read more

I have used this service twice and each time I am very very happy. Mike and his wife came today and worked so hard to make my house beautiful. He works tirelessly and makes sure you are happy. Use his services and believe me you won't be disappointed. He is the best pressure washer around!! read more

This is hands down, the best company my wife and I have ever hired to pressure wash the house. Our house was really moldy and grim everywhere, now, it's shining like a beacon on hill. I never knew it could get this clean! No Damage, no leaks, no fuss. We highly recommend this company. read more

Tracey kept me posted with great follow up since they were ahead of schedule. Mike was so easy to work with. They were here to power wash the driveway but he noticed green mold on the window brick and took care of that. They dont just power wash they use bleach in the sprayer to kill the mold. I had them do the entire house! Good value compared to other companies i checked and they have a better system as well. The house looks really good. read more

Mike did a fantastic job as always. He is very detail oriented, knows his craft and has years of experience. Our white painted house was green from all the rain and he turned it back to sparkling white! Also did a great job on the fence and driveway, sidewalk. Mike did a fantastic job pressure washing the deck on top of my townhome's roof, as well as cleaning the stucco walls, roof gutters, and clay plant containers! He uses a light chlorine solution and has rust cleaners too on hand. Work was very detailed. He is super cheerful and willing to work to exceed the expectations of the homeowner! His wife does the booking - for spring, call ahead! Highly recommend!! read more

My schedule was 1-2 p.m...he showed up 2 hours early. The job was thorough but the clorox smell was prevalent. I witnessed him spraying into a new light fixture at the front door as well as spraying all around my newly-installed, dusk-to-dawn flood lights. Late afternoon, some of my flood lights were lit...he mentioned it and asked that I not get mad at him. The next morning my dog threw up twice and it was apparent all of my flood lights had been damaged. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem the following Wednesday. Tracey called me two days later on Football Sunday and said they wanted to try to fix the problem....I explained that it was not a convenient time but they were already outside my house so I allowed them to try to fix one of the lights outside my gate. The sensors they replaced were not a match to the original sensors. A day later, more lights (included the one they tried to fix) were showing damage. Sent pics and text explaining I was no longer comfortable with them dinking around with my lights. She called and raised her voice and had the nerve to admonish me about my knowledge about changing light fixtures...even spoke her age, as if she's more knowledgeable than me....laughable. Point is...they inconvenienced me from the very start, were paid in full, left me with damages, inconvenienced me again by allowing them an opportunity to fix the problem, belittling me about not allowing them to further rectify their damage. They got their money and I was left with damages that they clearly cannot fix and still they would like to further inconvenience me to save themselves money. No one other than me, the homeowner, or an electrician is allowed to work on anything electrical on my home. Period. Note: If you have LED-sensored flood lights, make sure they completely cover them before they pressure wash...duh. Also, please notice her response...I'm sure it will be telling. read more

We just had our property power washed by A Pro Pressure Washing. I am very pleased. We have been in our house for 11 years and had 11 years worth of grime and mold to have removed. Scheduling with Tracy was very easy and Mike was able to come earlier than the agreed upon time due to being ahead of schedule. Mike explained all the steps and what the purpose of each step was. There were no surprises in the price. What was quoted was what I paid. He walked me around the whole house to show me everything after the job was complete and answered my questions without any hesitation. I will be saving their contact info for when it's time to have the outside of the house, driveway, porches, etc. cleaned again. Thanks for the awesome professional and friendly service. read more

I had an excellent experience with A Pro and wouldn't hesistate to recommend them for all of your pressure washing needs. It was great to get the estimate right over the phone. Mike showed up on on time and walked me through exactly what he'd be doing and potential problems like damaging the plants that were right next to one part of the house (they were fine afterwards). The results were remarkable, made the house and driveway look almost brand new. read more

Great service! Mike came on time and got started working right away. He even identified that we were having drainage problems from our AC which he could see from leaking and some rust outside the house. Offered to clear the drain line for us. Afterwards he pressure washed the house and even took care of other additional spots that needed cleaning. Really took care in providing us with great service. Highly recommend booking an appointment with this company. read more

Great work!! Our patio and siding came out like new after years of mold and dirt accumulation.

APro did a phenomenal job on the soft pressure washing job we hired them to do! You would not believe all of the mold that Mike was able to get off of the building. He took his time and he was completely honest with us about the outcome of the results. Mike and Tracey are both so personable, responsive, honest and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them for any pressure washing needs in the future! read more

Mike came out to pressure wash our house. Easy to get appt. Mike goes over and above. After he left, I found he had made sure my dog's food and water bowl did not get bleach water in it. Did not even think of that! Over and above! Mike saw my neighbor and let him know he was using bleach and wind was kicking up. Mike said if you can move your car, great. If not I will rinse it when done. Over and above! read more

Mike was our technician and did a fantastic job! We hired him to power wash the house, the driveway, the garage, the patio and sidewalk. He explained the process, was on time and walked us through everything when he was done. He went the extra mile and washed the curbs, the mailbox as well as removed some wasp nests he found. He also washed all the windows! He really paid attention to detail - when he was washing the first floor windows, he looked inside to see if the water was coming in. On two of them, the water was coming in and he immediately notified us so we could get a towel. He helped me remove my patio furniture even though the website asked that the owner do that before they arrived. He took down decorative items off the walls in the back. He also noticed that we had an electronic sensor in the back and he removed it for me otherwise the water would of ruined it. He was very knowledgable about cleaning stucco and hardi plank and knew what to watch for as he was cleaning. Last but not least, his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company. read more

Mike knows the business like no other. He was recommended by a neighbor and did not disappoint. Let him know what you need cleaned and he works with you. His pricing is very reasonable as I shopped around a bit and just felt much more comfortable with this business. Very friendly and professional service. I truly appreciate you coming out Mike ! See you next time Sir!! read more
