Unprofessional...my neighbor had their sidewalk and driveway pressure washed. All the leaves, stems and black mold were blown over to my side of the street. I had my same areas done last week but a rotating brush was used on the curb instead of the high pressure wand process. I called to complain about it and they said to talk to my neighbor, not their problem. They did what the customer wanted. My elderly neighbor apologized for their unprofessional behavior. I had called to make an appointment and was re-scheduled twice. The first time I received a text saying "pouring raining" at around 8am. While it did rain that morning it was only drizzling at the time. My appointment wasn't until 4pm. He told me he had to reschedule bc he couldn't plan his Saturday, with a lol at the end. Please do not hire. I specifically asked 2 things (repeatedly) 1 can you clean the black off of gutters and 2 if you can clean trim around the house without damaging paint, please do. While he seemed to be a nice guy, he was obviously in a hurry. The job: Front and back concrete, 360 gutters, patio ceiling. The job was done in in 60 minutes??? for 200.00 He paid attention and took his time on the front concrete and flew through the rest of the house. On the back of the house there are 20 or so 2 to 3 inch areas of paint gone from my trim and doors due to the power washing. Hence my second question I asked him. only do the trim if you cannot damage the paint. Just prior to starting the job, I asked again, can you remove the black from the gutters? His answer,"yes, that steam will get off anything"....upon completion, when the gutters were still black, the answer turned into "I can't get off everything". In addition, the front porch brick is still green with mold. really? Now I'm faced with saving up money to pay for a painter to take care of my trim around the house. I shopped around for a good deal to power wash my house and driveway. When I called Andrew, he was first of all the only business who answered when I called and second of all I had an estimate 30 minutes later. He was able to fit me in the next day. He arrived earlier than our scheduled time as well. Andrew is a man of his word and that I greatly appreciated. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!...Aaron gave me a quote to do my walkway, front and back stairs. When he came out on October 11 (after being late for 2 hours) he surveyed what he had to do and said it would take about 30 min. When he finished the front stairs, he used a very high pressure that he damaged the bricks by removing the cement on the stairs. He not only damaged the stairs he allowed water to enter in the front porch damaging the wood. As he went to do the back stairs, he made up some story about his machine not working and said he would have his boss call me and he would return the next day to complete the job (back stairs). At this point I just wanted to speak to his boss about my porch being damaged. I have been calling since October 12 and today October 22 I finally hear from Andrew, The Boss. Andrew mentioned that no one had called me because the job was complete and I only paid for the front stairs and walkway. This is such a lie, because I have emails proving what Aaron quoted. The reason they did not call me back was because Aaron knew he had damaged my stairs making up the story that his machine was broken so as not deal with the real issue of damages. These people are a SCAM and very unprofessional. Andrew should have come to see the damage for himself. Instead he is going from what his employee is telling him, that my porch was old and when he tried to clean it, it came apart. Aaron left scared because he knew he had damaged my stairs and did not return the next day. I have had my stairs, walkway and outside of the house pressured cleaned with no problem. Incredibly irresponsible, immature, rude and inconsiderate. All this without any apologies. I called about 3 companies to clean my driveway and I had to choose one so I decided on ViperTech (832-374-7235). Andrew seemed nice and professional and I felt comfortable with my decision. The day before he was to arrive he even confirmed about the Friday cleaning. Friday came and it was a rainy day so he called to reschedule for Saturday and I agreed. Saturday came and I texted him to confirm. I got no reply. I called and texted again but never got a response. Monday morning I decided to call to see if there were any problems. The man who answered was very short and abrupt on the phone and when I identified myself he hung up. I couldn't believe how rude, immature and unprofessional someone could be with a customer. It was sort of absurd behavior. He then texted me a very curt message telling me that my stains could not be removed and said he had called me Saturday and left me a message that he was canceling my appt. If that were true why didn't he tell me that on the phone instead of hanging up on me without any apologies for any miscommunications? The fact is that I never received a call or a text. So now add lying to being rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend this company to clean anything. But if someone does I would recommend they have a backup plan if they don't show and make sure they have plenty of liability insurance. read more
