Afterward, my dryer was still having issues with taking several cycles to dry my clothes and the owner (Matt) was very helpful and responsive in scheduling a follow-up visit to check. The next team... Henry and Johnny were also very friendly and helpful. They checked my roof and discovered my builders never removed the cap from the dryer roof exhaust and showed me how bad it was clogged. My original appointment time was between 3pm-6pm but he called me and asked if he could come earlier, which I appreciated! He was professional and courteous and explained everything to me throughout the process. He also provided pictures of the before and after so I could see the improvements. My ceiling had collapsed and then I got it repaired so there was bits of drywall and insulation in the carpet that my normal Dyson vacuum couldn't get.
