My ducts couldn't be happier. Thanks to Stacey for coming right out. Would definitely recommend their services.

Arrived on time for the initial visit to survey the work and provide a reasonable estimate. It took a little bit of time to get things scheduled. Other than that, the work itself was well done. They arrived early on the appointment and was professional. They explained what they did and am satisfied with their work. read more

I searched in Yelp for businesses to do air duct cleaning because I started to see small pieces of black debris on my floor. Clean Air Pro was the second quote I received. Staci - short for Anastacio came and provided me a quote. They were able to do it the same day. Had a crew of 3 that came and then returned the following day to install the UV lights. I also received an itemized receipt. They cleaned and washed the air ducts from both sides - attic and vents. They also provided after pictures. Covered the furniture and cleaned up. Very customer focused and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend them. For reference- I have 2 AC units. Services read more

Great service, fast, effective, professional! They came as they promissed, gave estimate and completed the service in time.

Anastacio gave us a quote that was more through than the other bids. He actually looked into plenum and checked the blower and coils, He also suggested adding ultraviolet lights. He had several small issues that marred the experience: confusions about time, confusion about what was covered in scope of work, photos not included with receipt, and finally photos were in WhatsApp format! Who over 39 even knows was WhatsApp is much less how to use it? Cleanup would be a B with things left behind and only having a broom to clean up with. The ducts, coils and blower needed cleaning and were cleaned. Mess and disruption were minimal. They left with a large trash bag stuffed to brim with debris from the ducts. I would recommend them as the price was competitive and the covered isues that other companies neglected. read more

I called them to see if my ducts needed cleaning and to help figure out why my house felt so humid despite a new AC system. Stacey Lopez figured out there were some issues with the AC installation and that indeed my ducts did need cleaning. His team resolved all the issues, cleaned the ducts, were professional and respectful and careful the entire time and I could not be happier. read more

They were extremely quick to respond and I was able to get on their schedule the very next day! I highly recommend.

They cleaned my ac ducts installed uv lights in both units,, all new ac registers to white metal and cleaned up excellent work

Good service they did a great job cleaning my homes air vents. I can finally breathe clean air dust and congestion free again!

Clean Air Houston Pro might have good reviews, but my experience with them was not positive. While the actual duct cleaning seemed fine, their customer service was so bad that I will never use them again. I arranged for their service for my mom who is in her 70s. They came on a Wednesday for an estimate and did the cleaning on Thursday. They offered to sell her furnace filters which she wanted to buy, but forgot to bring them. Then told her to buy them herself. She isn't familiar with furnace filters, so she relied on their instructions and went to the hardware store but they gave her the wrong sizes. She ended up buying multiple filters only for them to tell her she only needed one, forcing her to go back and return the others. They charged her $2,400 but gave her a senior discount, bringing the total to $2,200, which she paid in full. Later, they called and said they got it wrong and insisted she pay back the $200. She told them that she was invoiced for $2200 and rightfully didn't pay the $200. As if that weren't bad enough, they left without turning the HVAC system back on, and her system was off for about 5 days when the weather was in the 50s. She called them on Friday but no one responded. When I found out on Saturday, I had to go through their answering service to finally reach a manager later in the day. Since they don't work weekends, they sent someone out Monday morning at 7 AM to turn the system back on. When the workers arrived, instead of apologizing, they greeted my mother with, "Oh, you're the lady who didn't pay the $200." She was beyond frustrated and just paid it to get it over with. I have no problem paying for services rendered, but when a company offers a discount, accepts payment, and then demands more money, it's deceptive and unfair--especially to an elderly customer. Also there is absolutely no excuse for leaving someone's HVAC system off for five days. If they can't manage something as basic as turning the system back on, I have to question how good their actual work is. This company's biggest problem seems to be a lack of communication and organization, and the customer experience suffered dramatically because of it. After spending so much money, the process should have been seamless, not a frustrating mess of mistakes, miscommunication, and unprofessional behavior. Good riddance. read more

Clean Air Houston Pro did a fabulous job at our house. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing this service. Anastacio, as well as his team, did such an amazing job and they even came back the next day to make sure everything was done correctly. read more

We have blown in cellulose insulation in our attic since the 1960's. We had some major renovations done to our kitchen and bathrooms and since then I've noticed more and more dust settling inside our house. They've been seeping in through cracks found in spaces around recessed lighting, ceiling fans and light fixtures that were installed. Further more, our air conditioning duct system occasionally would blow pieces of insulation into our living space. We needed our air duct system checked and also to make sure everything that comes into our living space sealed tight. My son and I are allergic to dust. I needed to find a company that I can depend on to get the job done right. After careful research, we met up with Ben, from Clean Air Houston Pro. We found Ben to be professional, personable, very knowledgeable and with excellent ratings from satisfied customers. We discussed with Ben the issues we were having and he gave us a plan to resolve them all. He told us he would completely remove all old insulation, vacuum and disinfect the entire attic before sealing every nook and cranny so that the entire attic space is completely isolated from the living space below. New ductwork, plenums, register boxes and covers would be installed. All will be sealed tight. Only then would new insulation be placed down. Supervisor German, Wilmer, Rolando plus others worked diligently to complete the project. They were polite, hardworking and careful with our home. They completely lined our living space with plastic sheets to protect my carpet, furniture and all open surfaces from dust and grit. I was extremely impressed by the scope and effort put into doing so. All the old insulation and garbage were carefully bagged securely and disposed of. From beginning to end their service was outstanding. I am not coughing nor sneezing because of dust anymore. I love my new clean air. I'm delighted that I made the right choice with CLEAN AIR PRO. read more

I recently had my air ducts and a\c system cleaned. I received 3 bids from different places and Clean Air Pro was the clear winner. Anastacio arrived one time and did a thorough inspection of everything. He explained everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable and professional. The owner promptly returned my call and was able to have the service done the same day. I would highly recommend them. read more

While I didn't end up choosing services from Clean Air Houston Pro, I have to give good remarks for Ben (the owner) and Rolando (the person that came out to do a free inspection/quote). Rolando called 30 minutes before arrival and was on-time. He was professional and answered any questions I had during his time inspecting my attic. Ben kept in constant communications with me and accommodated any questions I had regarding the quote and what services I wanted. He was upfront with pricing, transparent, and very responsive. I was interested in attic insulation removal, cleaning, air sealing, and replacing it with new insulation to R49 value for the Houston area. In my opinion, he gave a very fair quote for services but another competitor, equally high rated on Yelp, edged him out ever so slightly regarding pricing. I would still recommend giving Clean Air Houston Pro a try and as always, be an informed consumer and shop around, too. Thank you Ben and Rolando. read more

I highly recommend clean air Houston pro and to be more specific, Anastacio. Anastacio was excellent in determining the size and type of AC unit for my house. Since we have high humidity, Anastacio properly sided and installed the AC unit. I originally hired clean air Houston pro to clean my Rudy's, which they did an excellent job. In talking with Anastacio, he was able answer all my questions , concerns and recommendations for a new AC unit. I hired them and it was the best decision for my family and me. I will be contacting Anastacio and clean air Houston pro for my upstairs AC unit. He was truly concerned about my concerns and resolved the issues like no other AC company would or know how. I definitely recommend this company and Anastacio. read more

Gave me an exorbitant quote for services I don't need and didn't ask for. Edit: Since the owner is now saying we never spoke and he has no record. He (or his crew) were at my house. I asked them for a chimney cleaning. Instead of doing that they spent an hour doing a "free inspection" of my HVAC and trying to sell me $1500 in duct cleaning. Except after speaking with another HVAC technician from a company I actually trust he informed me that the service he was trying to perform isn't intended for ductwork used in this house and would have caused a ton of damage. read more

Clean Air Pro Houston is A #1!! Stacy, our estimator, did a thorough review of our home and system after water damage. HE identified several problems and provided photos of all of it. Scheduled an estimate for mildew growth in ducts and vent covers. Stacy was on time, professional, knowledgeable, performed a thorough evaluation, with a good price for this service. Best of all, crew was finishing a job and available to service our house within 2 hrs of the estimate. Crew cleaned, disinfected, sealed our ducts, damp odor and mildewed sheetrock at vent openings eradicated. Highly recommend Clean Air for pricing and service. read more

I needed a quick evaluation & service of airducts in a rental property. Stacey responded immediately & was at the house within a few hours. Found issues which were taken care of the next day with minimal inconvenience to the tenants. All communications were responsive & timely. The price was acceptable to me although I had never used an airduct cleaning service so I don't have anything to compare it to. read more

I messaged Clean Air Pro through Yelp and immediately received a response which is so refreshing! Ben came to give us a quote and our cat approved as Ben let him sit on his lap. It was pricey so I was prepared for around 1k. Which is about what it was for our two story house. The guys were super thorough and were polite. They showed us before and after videos and I was amazed and thankful to no longer be breathing all that junk in! My only complaint was there's now a fine mist of dust all over my home office. I wish they would've covered that prior to doing that vent but it wasn't a deal breaker . (Ben called afterwards to apologize and offered to pay to have it cleaned up. Awesome customer service! Above and beyond! I wish more businesses would take note!) They did cover our living room furniture. They also cleaned every vent and cleaned a few mold/mildew spots around where a couple of the vents were. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Clean Air Pro. Honest, hard working and friendly! read more

First let me say the quality of service from Ben was outstanding. Not living in an area with central air, I had no idea what duct cleaning was. I have lived in my hou.se for 20 years and never had this done. A/C service suggested we get the ducts cleaned, Now I will be honest, I was not surprised when they told me I needed a DEEP clean once they got there. They backed everything up with photos, Yep bacteria was growing (Yuck)! I decided to suck it up and pay to get the job done right, I have an elderly mom living with us and at this point it is a health issue. They were courteous and my mom who was there the whole time said they were meticulous. Along with before and after photos they sent a 30sec video that just speaks volumes . One day later I gave three referrals out. Needless to say I will be on top of the duct issue from this point on. Thanks! read more

They were able to start the same day after they gave us our fair and reasonable quote. The quality was above and beyond the already exceptional service. They sent us pictures and videos of what they found in the vents before, during and after they completed the job. They also noticed something was wrong with the gas line in our attic and fixed it! They changed our filters, cleaned up any debris that made it in the house, hung blue lights in the attic, deep cleaned plenum box, air ducts, main line ducts, dryer vent and deep cleaning. During the final walk through they gave very valuable knowledge and tips and even checked out our A/C unit. HIGHLY recommend!! We used the Houston location. read more

Stacy was my technician and he was very detail oriented with his job. I had issues with my blower fan and he replaced it and got my system up and running. The part was on back order but he was in contact with me until it came in and the job was finished. I have a 1940's home in Spring Branch with a severely damaged roof during the derecho this past May. After two tarp failures leading to a complete re-roof, it was evident from all of the rain saturation, the ceilings were going to have to be replaced. My insurance company agreed but after their "preferred" subcontractors failed in efforts to tarp the roof, I decided to select my own subcontractors. First, insulation needed to be removed and ultimately replaced. Second, the ductwork would not survive the ceiling removal so I needed a contractor that could handle both jobs, sequenced with the ceiling replacement so we did not have extended delays between the different trades. Clean Air Pro was the answer. Ben managed the timing and hit every deadline needed to keep the project moving without a single day of delay between trades, from removal to duct installation to final insulation. Absolute great quality and management. I highly recommend Ben and Clean Air Pros for the services they offer. Many thanks to Ben and his crew for a job well done. read more
