When there were equipment issues on the day of the schedule services, we had some issues with communication flow but they made things right with offering a discount and completed the service the next day for the 2" spray foam and they documented the work via videos which was great. I have been putting off leaving a review…read morebecause it is a bit uncomfortable for me and I usually don't hesitate to leave a really good review when I'm happy with someone's work. That being said, I'm a bit disappointed. The rep(owner) Ryan was very nice, explained the process answered my questions, and arrived on time for the estimate. He scheduled the installation within a reasonable time and the crew was punctual and communicated most of what was happening. -Ryan told me it would take about 1 or 1 1/2 days. It actually took less than a day-, and for three hours nothing happened because (they told me afterwards) that they were waiting for the new product to arrive. It made me wonder how thorough the job was. My electricity bill didn't change, and one room leading to the garage doesn't feel as if it's insulated at all. The next day (this was in June) that room felt hotter than before. On recent cold days , that room feels very cold too. I asked them to send photos to my email as at the time I was unable to go into the attic to see their work; that didn't happen. I guess my expectations were too high, but for the price they charged ($8000+) I thought I would see and feel a difference. Again, I don't like giving a negative review but felt like I should say something so that potential customers have something to compare. They were nice courteous people though.

Most alarming, when inspecting their work, I noticed that one of my HVAC air ducts had been cut by their technicians and was being held back together by painters tape. This duct was compromised and blowing conditioned air into the attic. I was not informed about this and would have never noticed if I hadn't crawled through the attic to inspect their work. Despite my property being damaged and covered up, the company showed no remorse when informing them and have made little to no effort to resolve the situation. Outside of damaging my property and trying to cover it up, the work performed did not match what was outlined on the quote. The quote clearly stated that rulers would be installed throughout the attic to show R-level, this was not done and I have no way to know if the amount of insulation I have received is what I had paid for. Additionally, there was a big section on the quote about "Attic Fresh", this was totally skipped as well (not that I care). The air sealing process was rushed and upon inspecting the air sealing, many top plates and HVAC boots were skipped. Overall, I am very disappointed with the work that was performed. The work was rushed and I feel like I did not get what I paid for. I would not trust this company in my attic again and hope that their techs are not compromising HVAC ductwork in other customers' attics.
