June 24, 2026 ( 94 deg C)- Pro Attic came to my house and removed all my insulation, sealed all the gaps , removed old ducts, installed new ducts, sealed all the gaps and finally blew in new insulation (r38). My house is a relatively small home (1500 sqft). Pro Attic (Amy ) helped me to get a very competetive quote; (Joe) helped me understand what are some of my issues and their solutions which aligned with my research. Then there was the installation crew who wrestled excellent (Stevan, Rolando, Johnny, William, Jose and Roberto). These guys were friendly, hard working, through - bottom line they did a quality job. At multiple phases of the job they stopped and allowed me to review the job. I am no expert but the guys would take the time to explain things to me. When I realized my garage was not going to be insulated the entire team went out of their way to get me more insulation to ensure the job is completed to my needs. We called Pro Attic to check out our attic as we were having issues with high electricity bills! They inspected and gave us a plan to remove and replace blown-in insulation. They replaced ductwork and attic fans along with sanitized and sealed the registers and light fixtures. They were efficient and completed the job in one day! Nothing got done... They were able to come out earlier than planned, which was great. The tech was very professional in uniform and foot coverings. Joe went up into the attic and made a check came back down. He started to ask me of other things that I might want, like extra Fiberglass and did I want solar fans added. My question to him was that he was professional and was making the assessment not me. Tell me what I needed, not what I wanted. Joe went to check the outside and drove away in his truck. Rolando and his team were extremely professional, and respectful of the house. My attic is extremely dirty and was a mess from it being an old house and also we just had our roof replaced. His crew vacuumed all the debris, took out all the random trash and pieces of wood, and organized the attic completely. They were similar in price to their competitors but they price matched, and they were able to come the next day. 100% recommend this company, you have no idea how pick I am with subcontractors but they did a great job. I wouldn't mind paying them their normal price with the great service and work they did. We had a great introductory conversation with Joe. We laid out our goal to increase attic insulation, put in decking and increase rafter vent flow. Joe presented a few options both respecting our goals and educating us on the ways to achieve them. Cost was reasonable, but the care and respect our project received was what we valued. We ended up adding R-19 batt to our existing attic batt insulation which was still in reasonable shape. Carpentry was done on our driveway as not to generate sawdust in the house. All done in a day with super clean-up. Very satisfied. Had Joe bid out and crew come back for additional work to install soffit vents into our recently finished garage. The crew knocked out electricity to one side of the house while they were working. The electrician I hired to come fix the problem said I needed to have the insulation removed so he could find the disconnect, then have new insulation blown in. Pro Attic offered NO help, and gave me a quote to redo the job at an even higher price than they did the first time. Do not do business with these people! read more

I was looking to get some added insulation to my attic. My AC company usually checks my unit twice a year and each time they come, they try to sell me on their insulation deal. "If you sign today, we can do this one time offer" type of deal. I'm not a fan of high pressure sales. I told him I needed to go over a few things, but would get back with him soon. He wasn't a "hard sell" at all. The next day I called the office to book their services. Approved the quote and when the date came, they arrived between the times they said they would! Prep work done, covered some furniture, etc... When we bought the house it came with an older hvac unit along with it's original ducting. The rooms didn't seem to evenly distribute and had pro attic take a look and we ended up replacing the old metal ducting along with cleaning up the unit and replacing a drip pan. Couldn't ask for a more professional team that always wanted to do the job right and was always communicative about every procedure. Their office kept getting us confused. Also, they told us their system was down and they could not send us a text or an email confirmation for our agreed service date. When I realized this, I called them to confirm our date, they said they did not recall us calling for an appointment and they said they did not have us on the schedule. So, they suggested a totally new date! And, my husband and I realized they gave our service date to someone else. I contracted with Pro Attic to consult about my home's insulation, and a recurring mildew problem in my family room (high ceilings) during our summer months. The manager of the crew, Joe, was very knowledgeable, and I can truthfully say that he takes great pride in his knowledge, work ethic, and customer satisfaction. An unfortunate event occurred when the men in the attic started cleaning the work area. One of the workers accidentally put a foot through my kitchen ceiling. Joe was horrified, but he assured me that everything would be expertly handled to repair the damage. I certainly understand how things can go wrong in a "routine" procedure, but I also know that any unexpected occurrence can also be an opportunity to put one's best foot forward to make it right for the customer and the company's reputation. Long story short...the damage was expertly restored that same afternoon by another very conscientious contractor that Pro Attic immediately sent to our home.
