Ricardo was fantastic! When our a/c suddenly started leaking through the ceiling, I assumed the pan was overflowing and requested quotes for that. Ricardo replaced my Lennox evaporator coil on the same day. He made sure our carpets and floor are protected. His installation was efficient and very professional; also installed condensation safety switch on this system and added the same feature to second system. He also helped install my Alexa thermostat without the use of the C-wire harness. Lastly, he registered the part so I can get the extended warranty from Lennox (not done by previous installer which resulted in only 5 yr coverage). The service requested was to Clean the condenser coils. First of all he provide an affordable fee. Next he showed up the day I requested the services. Last and most important. He went above and beyond by checking the systems for optimal performance. He found a rusted and junked up capacitor it was an additional charge and necessary to replace. He also checks the Freon levels and discovered they were off. He measured the temps. and flow at all the vents in the home. Since the readings for the Freon were odd he checked in the attic and discovered that the dip switches were on an incorrect setting, he corrected that as well. The house feels wonderful and I have confidence that we won't have any breakdowns this summer unless the power is lost. This company does excellent and superior work. I will be using him for our spring and summer maintenance moving forward. read more
