I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from A1+ Company. Noel Pedrasa was honest and straightforward, advising me not to waste money on repairs since the system was too old and recommending a full replacement instead. I also spoke with installation manager Joel Grajeda, who provided a detailed and fair price estimate within minutes. The team arrived on time and worked for five hours to complete the installation. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient, getting the new AC system running perfectly. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure the job was done right. The system works great, but I needed a small tune‑up afterward. I called Mr. Grajeda, and within an hour a technician was at my door to take care of it. Truly an outstanding experience -- I will absolutely use them again. read more

I did a yelp request for some electrical work and these guys offered a free estimate for what I needed. The company is very communicative especially about delays and arrival times. The technician arrived, super professional and even had shoe covers. He assessed our problem and unit as a whole and advised what was needed asap and what we could take care of in future. He took his time and didn't rush the fix and made sure everything was running as it should which made me feel very confident and comfortable. My husband and I also signed up for their monthly program where we pay a small monthly fee to have them available to us anytime and for check ups. We highly recommend anyone in need of services to put their trust in A1 Plus Electric! read more

Larry from A1 showed up today to install a 30-amp generator tie-in, and he was great--super friendly and really took the time to explain the work he was quoting and what he was going to do. I had already purchased all of my own equipment, and A1 had no issue with that. So many contractors I contacted either refused to install customer-provided equipment or tried to tack on huge upcharges. I had multiple electricians come out and quote outrageous prices, but A1 was practical, transparent, and willing to work with me. The job was done cleanly and quickly. 10/10 would recommend. This is actually the second project I've booked through the Yelp Projects section--both solid experiences. read more

Sergio was a consummate professional for our service! We needed help quickly with an emergency situation and thankfully A1 could fit us in same day. The service is also warrantied for five years! read more

I submitted a request for a quote to have an electrical outlet in my primary bathroom repaired/replaced. A1 promptly responded and sent a technician the next day. Carmen was my technician and immediately diagnosed my problem which only confirmed what I assumed was the problem. I had to have my electrical panel replaced and some work done on the other bathroom outlets. All work was completed from start to finish within 3 hours. I decided to finance the repair/replacement ans was approved and had all the documents signed relatively quickly. There were different warranty options to choose from and surge protection was included in my package I chose. I had this exact work quoted 3 years ago and was quoted much higher from another company. I habe since had one other quote and A1 was still cheaper but more comparable to the 2nd quote I received. Th Extremely pleased with the financing, the work, and the service provided! read more

We've had great service from A1 Plus. Levy documented all of our issues and presented an acceptable plan to repair them.

A1 Plus Electrical sent Skylar to service my HVAC system and I could not be more pleased. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. Skylar carefully inspected my heating system and all of the lines and he explained everything he was checking in a clear and friendly way. He also offered helpful suggestions for future maintenance and ideal service timeframes, all without any pressure. What really stood out was his willingness to support the team and assist me with a technical app issue that I asked Joel about, even though it was not part of his role or area of expertise. His dedication to helping customers is outstanding. Skylar represented A1 Plus Electrical incredibly well and I will gladly continue using their services for all of my HVAC needs. Highly recommended. read more

I requested a quote from this company to install an EV charger for my new Tesla and the guy asked me a bunch of questions including if I'm renting or I owe the house, when I told him I'm renting he immediately told me he can't even show up and give me the quotes because he needs to talk to the landlord. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, I understand if BEFORE doing the project you want to make sure landlords is aware and agrees with it, but for a quote? That I don't even know if I'm going to use them or if they are going to come with an outrageous quote? I'm not going to bother my landlord for that, thank you, but I'll pass. I see why this company has horrible reviews in Yelp and Google. I do not recommend this company due to the bad experience and didn't even get to the job project. read more

He patiently walked me through the process of syncing my phone with the generator, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The technciand quoted me a price which was a little high but I needed to get the work done. Then they added 522 dollars for a permit which I thought was high but the technician said it was for the inspection afterwards. I called my city permit issuer and was told it was a flat rate of 85 dollars and they lied to me . A1 technicians will not be allowed on my property. They got two stars because they did it good job. Lying to a customer is not good.. read more

On the day of the install a differant crew showed up and started installing all wrong. Had to stop them and tell them what i wanted done. Larry and i talked about what i wanted. After moving thing around i went and ckecked on the progress. I told the installer where the plug in was to go but he took it upon himself to put in a different location any ways. When they were finished the found out the had tge wrong cord for my generator and is was another week before they came back with a pigtail cord to plug into the 20ft cord they brought back.
