Blake offered a reorder but that would have cost us more $ for the electrician to come out multiple times. I suggested our electrician could solder the piece back on or I could but I'd need to buy would need to buy a solder kit. I emailed and asked Blake if Elaine's would offer us a STORE CREDIT of $100-200 for our trouble and to mitigate some of our extra expense due to the chandelier arriving damaged. Blake responded that I could have 10% off a future purchase. I do not recommend Elaine's. The chandelier arrived damaged. We had to incur the costs of having it fixed. When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.

(The guy who did the initial install buried a household extension cord over 100 feet and left the receptacle end and plugs to the transformer and lights in the open and rain.)
