Nothing to do with Ferguson MO which may be a good thing. It's not a great store, but it doesn't deserve some of the awful reviews that it gets. Yes it's expensive and yes the service isn't great, but it has a bunch of different options and it's good for browsing for sure. One of the best stores of its kind for browsing, I might add, and in some ways I think it's better than Bed Bath & Beyond honestly. Went in to look at refrigerators. My husband had back problems and needed to sit. We sat for a minute at desk to take pressure off his back. Salesman came & sat down, didn't greet us & proceed to tell us we needed to move because he had an appointment coming in a few minutes. We got up looked around more & no one ever showed up to meet with him. Very rude! We bought Bosch refrigerator elsewhere. UPDATE: I'm confused by their response. Great inventory but wow are these prices high. We are remodeling our kitchen and we were recommended to check out Ferguson for the. New sink. Now, I am just a working man so you may or may not understand the panic that set in when I found that the lowest cost sink offered was over $1000. Two laps around the store to be polite and a quick exit. We later found a really good sink by Kohl's at another store for $300. read more

Stay far away from this place, you will regret buying here. We bought a full Thermador appliance package, and the salesperson lied and said it was in stock, especially the range. We had him triple check up to the moment of order. When it came time to install, Ferguson didn't try to reach out or let us know that everything was backordered. I was absolutely shocked when I called them and found out. They lied to us to make the sale. We didn't have a stove for 14 months because of these dishonest sales people. My neighbor is going through the same issue with Ferguson - they have been waiting 15 months for their 'in stock' dishwasher. Furthermore, many of these luxury appliances have been absolute lemons and no one at Ferguson cares. We have already had the microwave replaced after just a few months in use and it took 5 service calls and hours of lost time to get approved for a replacement. It never worked right. The oven and rangehood both don't function properly, and we have only had them for 4 months. I have never missed GE or Kitchenaid more which were superior appliances. Thermador looks good from afar, but it's far from good, and their service line has hour long hold times. Then a rude scheduler will tell you you're only allowed to schedule one appliance per service call, so I have to take time off work on 2 separate days to have my rangehood motor and oven repaired. It is pure insanity. The quality and service has really gone downhill. Don't risk it. This has been a hell trap and Ferguson is completely unapologetic and rude. Sales guy Nick is pompous & unprofessional. This has been a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. read more

Customer service was not what I was expecting. I'm remodeling my home, ready to make decisions, and no one offered any assistance

I know Ferguson handles high-end appliances, and their prices reflect it. But if you pay those prices, you expect competent service. This is where the Katy location failed miserably. I ordered my appliance a week in advance, with a written guarantee for delivery the following week. The appliance was in their Dallas facility. After a 4 hour drive to be at the delivery site the day before the delivery, I called to check delivery time. This is when I learned they had not shipped the appliance down from Dallas. No phone calls from the sales rep. No emails. No notice. Just a waisted 8 hour round trip for me, because the sales rep guaranteed something he could not deliver, and did not care enough about the customer to notify me of the change. This is when the manager had to get involved. It finally arrived a week. The manager did apologize and did follow up, but this was after the fact. Not sure I could recommend Ferguson's to anyone. read more

I can't say they have the worst customer service since i received none at all. Two Mondays in a row I called inquiring about refrigerators. I gave the person on the line the dimensions I needed since this was my biggest requirement. Both times my phone number and email was taken down and I was told someone would contact me to speak about which refrigerators met my needs. I've been waiting two weeks for a reply. If they don't want my business I would appreciate it if they would just tell me that on the initial inquiry so I don't waste time. read more

I've been to this location many times at this point since I'm doing a whole house remodel. All in all my experiences have been really good. I don't like a sales person breathing down my neck at all times, and they don't do that. I've always been a walk in with no appointment. The people in this showroom have always asked if I needed help and when I needed more information on a product they immediately got it for me. I found them to be pleasant and helpful. I bought a showroom piece at an excellent price and when I picked it up it was crated beautifully . Thanks guys! read more

We ordered bathtub through Kyle Johnson at Ferguson showroom in Katy on August 12 with the agreement that it will be delivered on time for our project Sept 6. Credit card was charged in full the same day. As of today, five weeks later, we still don't have a tub and stuck with the gutted bathroom since the project cannot be finished without the tub. Nobody at Ferguson offered any explanation or warned about delay in shipment. Kyle or store manager are unresponsive to calls or emails. There is nobody to be found to resolve the situation. Call first to confirm your appointment...had a 10 am appt - doors locked, waiting outside in the heat, knocking on the window, tried calling - no one answers the phone. Finally, after 15 mins - somebody comes to door. No record of my appt & the advisor isn't even on the schedule. Really? Your system sent me 2 emails & 2 text messages regarding my appt. but the store has no record of my appt? Need to implement a new strategy re, online appts which includes a receptionist on duty to man the front doors. This one star rating is to address the above issue. read more

Very impressive showroom but absolutely terrible customer service. Went in on advice of our local builder to choose new bathroom fixtures and plumbing items and take advantage of his "builders pricing". Operations manager was very helpful to assist in picking out our items. Quotation followed s few days later and we're asked to contact their sales person to answer questions and complete order. After waiting over a week and leaving two messages we were finally contacted. As the pricing provided appeared to be a normal retail price we asked if they would recheck the builders price and advise. After not hearing back for two further weeks we called and left a message for the operations manager we originally spoke with; a further week went by and we gave up and purchased from another supplier which provided a little over 10% saving and did not charge for delivery as Ferguson did. We have had a similar level of treatment by Ferguson's Richmond address a few years ago, so will now avoid them in the future. We now highly recommend the Pacific Sales team at the Best Buy shop near the Galleria in Houston. read more

I had a fantastic experience in my bid to get a new kitchen faucet. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Nakisha "Kisha" Roberts from the Katy showroom. This was my first time at the Ferguson store and I was blown away by not only how incredibly knowledgeable she was, but how she went over and beyond to help me resolve my issue.
