The team of Mason/Francisco/AJ/Joseph were the utmost professionals and did a fantastic job in installing the whole home generator. Tested all circuits in the house to make sure everything was working as it should in the event of a power outage. They worked quickly and Mason did a great job going over the features of the generator and made sure I didn't have any questions on how it worked before he left. He also let me know if I had questions about anything to reach out to the office and they would be glad to help. Super clean install that also included a subpanel in my garage that looks like it came with the home when originally built. UPDATE! Patriot Electric sent Francisco out to install a 50 amp plug to run a portable generator for my house. He was knowledgeable, courteous, had good suggestions as we discussed particulars including replacing two dangerous outlets with GFIs with no extra charge(!), and did a really clean looking install of the plug and back to the breaker panel lockout. Francisco stuck around for us to do a test run to make sure everything worked as hoped... and it did. I am a construction project manager with decades of experience, and I pushed Adam and Hana hard, with a ton of details and questions in bidding and planning for my standby generator. My project was very difficult because to be Code compliant, we had to locate the generator on the opposite side of my house from where the electric panel and gas supply are, meaning that heavy gauge wire and gas pipe had to be extended through the attic to the other side.
