Oh wow I have found my new GoTo for electric service needs! I had a Smart panel installed from Ecoflow a couple weeks ago shortly after circuits were blown didn't really care too much for the guy that came out. Honestly I really wish I could've gone somewhere else, but I'd already paid a deposit on their work not knowing that Ecoflow just contracted about any old Electrician, I guess.. Anyways, contacted veteran electric as I'm a veteran as well so of course I will give them business before some random company. I was highly impressed by the work they did I watched them work very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to my friends, family, and my customers as well. Thanks so much veteran Electric. read more

I shopped around for someone to run wire for an outdoor camera and found a few options cheaper than Veteran Electric. But when Veteran Electric came out for the estimate, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They also pointed out electrical code requirements that none of the other quotes mentioned, a sign they were thinking about doing it right, not just doing it fast. I went with them, and I'm glad I did. Their team was thorough, professional, and the finished work looks excellent. I'd use them again without hesitation for any electrical work on my house. They're reliable and clearly know their craft. read more

I'm in the home-buying process and was interested in a licensed electrician to perform an electrical safety inspection of the house I'm purchasing. Reaching out to this business was straight-forward, I emailed them and a kind woman called me by phone to setup an appointment. With any questions that she didn't know the answer to, she redirected me to email it so an electrician can better answer my question. I had my appointment scheduled and the gentleman, Doc, was assigned to perform the inspection. Doc arrived on-time, was detail oriented in his inspection, and was very patient to explain his findings and recommendations on what were a safety concern first, and what could be addressed later. He explained things over the phone thoroughly and explained his thought process and was open to any questions I had without being annoyed. Within a day, I received his inspection report, a quote for the project/repairs needed, and pictures of the inspection. He was also easy to reach by text. Doc was professional, courteous, and responsive. The cost of the inspection, I think, was a decent value. I highly recommend Veteran Electric to anyone seeking a safety electrical inspection and I hope I'm able to say the same about their quality of work when I hire them for electrical projects. Give this gentleman a raise. read more

I had Veteran Electric install a new electrical panel after we noticed some issues with the old one. The electrician explained the work clearly, handled the job carefully, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The cleanup afterward was appreciated as well. read more

Looked over what I called about, then walked around and checked a few other spots too. Found a loose connection near the breaker panel that wasn't an issue yet, but flagged it so I'd know before it became one. read more

Trust the hundreds of 5 stars! Vince was amazing! I had an urgent issue that really needed his expertise and he not only delivered, he knocked it out the park. He took my call after hours, put me on the schedule for the morning. Gave me a heads up on his way, came on time. Superb communication. Gave me an exact estimate while he was on his way to a different job and then managed to circle back to fit in my project the same day. Very good and fair pricing. Will continue to use his service for all my future needs. read more

I needed a connection to hook up my portable generator directly to my home. I'm glad I called Veteran Electric. When I scheduled the service, I had to send photos of my generator, main circuit box, and exterior wall opposite of the box. They came back with a fair quote. The service was scheduled a month out, but that's expected in the middle of hurricane season. When Doc got here, he was courteous and professional. He finished the job in about an hour, then explained the process and answered my questions. The sticker with instructions are a big help. When I paid, it was what the original quote was for... no upselling or additional charges. Definitely recommend! read more

Veteran electric installed a generator outlet box at my house. It's working well. I would use them for future projects.

I hired Veteran electric to install my Tesla Charger, Generator Inlet, and whole home surge protector. The guy who did the estimate and the install was named Doc, he was awesome. Highly competent. I work in Construction as well, I was really impressed with him. He came out to do the estimate and was super fast to understand what I was looking to do and provide a competitive estimate. He did a great job consolidating the panel to make room for the two big circuits I wanted to add without having to add a subpanel or swapping for a new panel all together. The only opportunity for improvement was in the adhesive for the new labels. They started falling off because the old labels were not removed. I thibk the labels would have stuck fine to metal, but the old labels made it hard for the new labels to stick. read more

From the very beginning the process was straightforward and easy to follow. Communication was clear at every step, with quick responses and updates that made scheduling simple and stress-free. When the technician arrived, the professionalism stood out right away. The work was explained in detail, options were laid out without any pressure, and everything felt transparent. The installation itself was handled efficiently, and the end result looked clean and worked perfectly. What I appreciated most was the consistency -- from the first message to the completed job, everything was organized and reliable. It's not often you find a service that delivers both quality work and excellent communication, but this team does exactly that. I'll gladly use them again for future projects and can confidently recommend them to anyone who wants dependable service done the right way. read more

Fixed my problem over the phone :-) Outstanding customer service. Now my go to electrician

Happy wife; happy life‼ From pulling wires to installing new fixtures, plugs and switches and switching out a fixture Veteran Electric worked diligently all day. They gave us great suggestions and input. Their bid was reasonable. Forgotten items were even added the day of the job (and to the bill of course). They even insisted on cleaning up their mess! Im absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work and will recommend Veteran Electric to my friends. read more

Called them and set an appointment for them to perform a valve adjustment on my GENERAC whole house generator. They arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. They explained what they would be doing. It took about 30 minutes to adjust the valves. They performed a test run and cleaned up the area. The technicians were very cordial and knowledgeable about the generator. I was previously under contract with GENERATOR SUPER CENTER but canceled my contract and signed a new contract with VETERANS ELECTRIC. My new contract gets me more service at a lower price. I will definitely refer people to use VETERANS ELECTRIC. read more

$125 to diagnose and couldn't come out until the following week. My request was made on Wednesday.

Was easy to set an appointment (wasn't an emergency repair I needed done). Doc, the electrician that stopped by called with his ETA within the window of appointment time - which I appreciated the heads up and consideration to call. He was very knowledgeable and restored the circuit and now I have power again. Big time thanks for this repair that I should have took care of sooner. I definitely recommend and will use again. read more

Very good customer service and customer communication. These guys responded quickly to my request for installation of ceiling fans in my new house, and I had a free estimate appointment set by the next day. I received 24hr reminders via text about the upcoming appointment. The day of the appointment, the technician texted me he was in the way with ETA. Once he arrived he was friendly and professional. The estimate for our project and time to get it done was very reasonable. Of course the price varies based on the project so I won't give exact numbers. They emailed me the details so if I decide to go with them there was no confusion. Their turn around is about a week, and all quotes are good for 10 days. read more

He got the install done in a couple hours with no hiccups. We are pleased. We would recommend their services. read more

Moved into a home in Tomball with an older Generac that needed service. Originally I hired Astrogen. BIG MISTAKE ! They sold me $2700 in parts and *then* said it could not be repaired. That parts were no longer available. They lied. Now comes VETERAN ELECTRIC. Ordered the parts and all's well !! These guys are honest and know their stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I'll be calling them again when I need service or when I need a replacement Generac. read more

Jonathan from Veteran Electric did a great job. Answered all questions I had, made sure I know exactly how to switch over to my generator when needed. After the install was complete and we were testing everything our 220v dryer wouldn't come on. Was only getting power to 1 leg. He pulled the breaker, put it back in and the dryer worked, however since it should have worked the first time he opted to just change out the breaker for another just in case. He also used a label printer to label the breakers instead of hand writing, I really liked that. and the wiring is all nice and neat now. I ran my generator to power fans, the refrigerator, and the freezer and it worked like a champ. With the transfer switch added (below and to the right of the breaker panel, whenever we lose power I can simply plug the generator right in and power the entire house including the AC. I also had a double outlet added, since we move here the only outlet I could use for the freezer and my work bench is on the ceiling (yeah, go figure). Ignore the rough looking drywall patch, I haven't sanded it yet. He started at 9:30 am and finished by 2pm. read more

Called Veteran Electric after reading good reviews, have a ceiling fan that had been badly installed by another "handyman", the thing was ready to fall off and Vince found not only a poor installation but problems with the wiring that were ignored or made worse by the original installer. Vince was knowledgeable and fixed the issues, completed service in a timely manner and did it right. VERY satisfied with his work. read more

Honest and trustworth. This is the only Electic compnay I would use in the Woodlands.

Quick to respond, schedule and the actual electrician that came was very knowledgeable. Unlike some of the other Tesla installers that I called who seem to be just brokers who pawn the job out, these guys actually do the work ! read more
