They're also A+ rated by the BBB and for good reasons...professionalism, quality, and reasonable pricing. SCL had to redo our outdoor lighting and bring it up to industry standards. Five months ago, a company installed our lighting system which began to fail within 30 days. Each time the owner would come out and do something to rectify the problem. Not until the circuit breaker began tripping and shutting off immediately, did we call an electrician. (The guy who did the initial install buried a household extension cord over 100 feet and left the receptacle end and plugs to the transformer and lights in the open and rain.) We're happy our house didn't burn down. I can't recommend SCL enough. We are very satisfied with the excellent workers who came out and the quality of their work as well as neatness of the job. Great owner and company.

They said it was a minor repair and they actually did it for free! But they do start out at $50. had it been an even worse repair which I still find very reasonable. I've always seen lighting in super expensive home, but this was just perfect. It highlighted the trees and house at night and I would just ride by during the buying option. When I originally spoke to the previous owner, they stated it was a costly purchase and they had wanted to do the back yard but ultimately decided against it. Fast forward two years and I reach out to The Perfect Light for some maintenance on the lights. They sent out Parker and he was awesome, very laid back and understood we wanted to have the front fixed. We started discussing the back and the price was well within our budget. Sergio (team lead) lead a crew that was amazing and the installation was focused on quality and quickness. They did the initial installation, and when I had some lights I wanted to shift the were out there promptly. The repairs were also done with quality in mind. They were able to protect some of the lines that had shifted over the years All in all I would recommend The Perfect Light to anyone looking for landscape lighting. That promise was a major reason we chose them. When we moved to another part of town, I contacted them to install our lights, but it took three weeks to get a response after my initial outreach. I had to call multiple times, leave messages, and follow up repeatedly before I could get a response and quote from anyone. I was told a different area representative would handle our new location. They wanted to charge over two thousand, five hundred dollars to install the lights even though the new home is roughly 70% smaller than the previous one. On the new quote, the quantities and pricing were heavily inflated, making the credit insignificant compared to the overall charge. When I questioned the fees, I was told, "We are unable to install lights for you this year," and they offered to just drop the lights off at my home. No attempt to resolve the issue, unacceptable customer service, and no follow-through on what was originally promised. The lack of honesty and follow-through was extremely disappointing. The entire situation was handled poorly, was misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend The Perfect Light for Christmas light installation or seasonal lighting in Houston.
