They said it was a minor repair and they actually did it for free! But they do start out at $50. had it been an even worse repair which I still find very reasonable. The renovation included replacement of all our lighting. Because of time constraints, I spent hours shopping for lighting online, with mixed results. It's not easy selecting lighting from pictures online. And then I stumbled upon Anthology Lighting and was thoroughly impressed by their unique and beautiful light fixtures. Anthology had a wide variety of lighting options to suit my eclectic style, from modern and sleek designs to vintage and rustic pieces. They also had a broad range of price points. While they had a large selection you could see in person, a huge inventory can be accessed with the assistance from the huge inventory to select from the knowledge and friendly staff who is helpful in streamlining the selection process to find the best lighting solution for each targeted space. My go to person is Sal, he was such a huge help, from selection, being responsive during a install deadline and after delivery when we had to get replacement glass for fixture after it was broken by an electrician (Not part of Anthology.) during installation. My biggest regret is I did not find this shop at the beginning! I've always seen lighting in super expensive home, but this was just perfect. It highlighted the trees and house at night and I would just ride by during the buying option. When I originally spoke to the previous owner, they stated it was a costly purchase and they had wanted to do the back yard but ultimately decided against it. Fast forward two years and I reach out to The Perfect Light for some maintenance on the lights. They sent out Parker and he was awesome, very laid back and understood we wanted to have the front fixed. We started discussing the back and the price was well within our budget. Sergio (team lead) lead a crew that was amazing and the installation was focused on quality and quickness. They did the initial installation, and when I had some lights I wanted to shift the were out there promptly. The repairs were also done with quality in mind. That promise was a major reason we chose them. When we moved to another part of town, I contacted them to install our lights, but it took three weeks to get a response after my initial outreach. I had to call multiple times, leave messages, and follow up repeatedly before I could get a response and quote from anyone. I was told a different area representative would handle our new location. They wanted to charge over two thousand, five hundred dollars to install the lights even though the new home is roughly 70% smaller than the previous one. On the new quote, the quantities and pricing were heavily inflated, making the credit insignificant compared to the overall charge. When I questioned the fees, I was told, "We are unable to install lights for you this year," and they offered to just drop the lights off at my home. No attempt to resolve the issue, unacceptable customer service, and no follow-through on what was originally promised. The lack of honesty and follow-through was extremely disappointing. The entire situation was handled poorly, was misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend The Perfect Light for Christmas light installation or seasonal lighting in Houston.
