Rob was excellent, the first to call, showed up exactly when he promised, stuck to his price quote, and quickly diagnosed that the issue with my condenser was just a burned wire, not the more expensive repair I expected. What impressed me most was his integrity. He reduced the price based on the actual issue, which showed major honesty and professionalism. That kind of integrity is rare. I would absolutely use Rob again and highly recommend him. read more

Update after he came today - on time, incredibly communicative, online invoicing, and fixed the thermostat issue instantly. We have stuck his business card prominently on the fridge and will be using him for any plumbing or hvac needs! Pricing was perfectly fair and transparent. First impressions were amazing. Called immediately and tried to talk me through fixing it myself without having to hire anyone. I'll update after he works on it tomorrow but 10/10 so far. read more

Rob is a true professional--and an all-around great guy. I called him today about a slow-draining issue, and he quickly diagnosed the likely causes over the phone. We scheduled a time, and he showed up exactly when he said he would--which, as you can imagine, is rare in this line of work. Rob was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Ultimately, he didn't perform any work because he couldn't replicate the issue, and--here's the kicker--he was completely upfront about not wanting to charge me for something that might not actually need fixing yet. That kind of honesty is rare these days, especially in an industry where people often feel taken advantage of. In a world full of upsells and unnecessary repairs, working with someone like Rob is genuinely refreshing. I'm keeping his number on hand and absolutely plan to work with him again on a future project. As someone who's worked with many salespeople, I can't say enough good things about this experience. read more

Rob provided me with VERY clear pricing quote. Once I decided to use him (Problem Solved) he scheduled the appointment, and followed up with texts including confirmation the day before. His work was thorough and efficient. I needed plumbing services this time but he does other things too. I'll definitely give him a call again if I need something in the future. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with and came out to service the issue at my house within 15 minutes of my call. He was not only quick and knowledgeable, but also honest and fair -- no nickel-and-diming, just genuine professionalism. He resolved my issue efficiently and even helped tackle another project we'd been meaning to complete, all in the same visit. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and dependable these days, especially when things feel chaotic. Rob was truly a breath of fresh air! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Rob was punctual, got right to work and offered a rate that was unbeatable. He communicates clearly and in a way that's very easy to understand, and you can tell that he's got plenty of experience and know-how. Bonus points, he's a veteran of the military who's branching out on his own and trying to build a business, I personally love supporting people like this. He was the first to reach out to me on Yelp, like I said, offered a promotional rate that was unbeatable. I can tell he's got the drive to go with his friendly demeanor and expertise, this is a guy who's going places. Highly recommend! read more

I had a drain back up and start filling with water in a bathroom sink, nothing I did was helping. I sent a request in at 8:30pm on a Thursday and Rob responded right away. He offered to come out that evening but said it would probably be better for me to wait. Talked me through all the items I could do to mitigate the issue in the meantime and was very patient with me. He arrived perfectly on time the next morning and evaluated my issue. He laid out several possible resolutions but reccomended I use the drain cleaner for now to save me money and give me the best possible outcome. He didn't charge me a dime for the trip and was so friendly. Highly reccomend for all of your home needs, it's so valuable to have someone you trust. He's been in the industry over 20 years but just started his business this year so don't let the small number of reviews scare you. He's fantastic! read more
