My first time using H-Town and I was very pleased. Great service, field tech, and cost. Definitely recommend.

H-Town Plumbers - New commode with amazing service - Plumbing Near Me

Sergey did great work. I needed a new drain pipe for my A/C unit. He removed the old one and installed the new one with a shutoff valve. He was on time at the agreed time and completed the job efficiently. I would definitely use this company again. read more

They replaced a faulty shut-off valve on our water heater that was dripping constantly. The repair took less than forty minutes, and the price was fair. read more

On 7/8/25 we received 3 quotes for Gas lines to be ran from Meter to House. HTown was most competitive. On 7/9/25 Sergey went above and beyond his scope of duty. They ran new lines with extensive prep & execution of project. The water heater also needed to be repaired to be in compliance with City code. Sergey replaced lines to temperature relief valve. HTown Plumber was extremely diligent in completing the project & competitive in their pricing. I highly recommend HTown Plumber & will definitely use their services in the future. After the Project the City inspector gave us the green light. I also contacted HTown for another issue. All technicians were polite, respectful, proficient and professional. All costs were negotiated to satisfaction. Thank you HTown your number is now on speed dial if your services are ever needed in the future! read more

I've lived in Houston 30 years and never found plumbers I was happy with - until now. I had a leaking water tank, found H-Town on Yelp, saw the reviews and thought I'd try them. Their technician, Bar, arrived the same day and clearly explained the pros and cons of replacing the tank or getting a tankless heater. We decided on tankless and they scheduled the install for the following day. Bar arrived right on time, completed the job and thoroughly tested it before leaving. He was professional, friendly, courteous, the cost was reasonable and the job turned out great. I'll use H-Town from now on. read more

AMAZING service, quick and easy. Very transparent on price and got a great quote, $200 less than the original quote received from a commercial plumber. read more

5 stars indeed! Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend calling them if you have any plumbing problems. read more

Hands down, great service! Barr came in and handled business! We're so happy we followed our instincts to get a second option! Def saving their number. read more

Showed up within an hour of me calling them, immediately got to work clearing my clogged drains and was done soon afterwards. The plumber was very helpful in explaining my issue to me and what steps to take in preventing it in the future. Good value for the price, it was cheaper than a competitor quote. I would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Boiler started acting up right as it was getting cold out. They came by first for a diagnostic, then returned a few days later once they had the right valves and pipes on hand, and got the heat running again. Nothing was left lying around in the basement when they finished read more

Sergio was friendly and efficient. Same day service was not expected, and H-Town Plumbing came through! The next time we have plumbing issues, we will be repeat customers for sure! Thank you for your quick response and solution. read more

Great service. Good work. Fair pricing- right in the middle. Quick response and communication. Appreciate that he was thorough and took the time to explain what was going on. Snaked my drain pipe and cleared out the roots. read more

Professional and knowledgeable. Quickly identified the source of the leak, refrigerator water line. Would definitely reach out to this company again. read more

Great work, little steep on unit pricing for pea valves under sink for install charge as it is per unit with a mark up. Felt that should have been half the cost as they are small. Other wise besides management pricing tech did great and what he could do to accommodate budget in a pinch. read more

Good service. Reasonable prices. Good communication and professional personnel. Recommended.

I had an issue with my shower faucet after install but they promptly addressed this and made it right. Really quick and prompt reply. I appreciate them jumping onto fix this. Great service! read more

Home line gas leak verified by Centerpoint on Wednesday morning. Called H-Town minutes later. Bar shows up within an hour and begins to address the cause of gas leak. Within hours it's repaired and City Inspector is scheduled for the next morning. Estimate for repair on gas line was competitive. As one review states, that language barrier was an issue. It wasn't. Bar explained and if I had any questions about what he was saying would repeat it. Solid experience. Will use again. read more

Great service, great communication. Fast and professional. Will totally use again. Thank you!

Yelp to the rescue! I put out a request via the Yelp service request side. I was connected to 4 different companies that service my area and responded within 3- 4 hours. 3 of the 4 companies responded. After chatting with them over chat. I did some research on reviews and gathered some quotes, and went with H Town plumbers. Service - was great. H Town plumber was able to schedule my service via the Yelp chat, and they updated me the day of and had an accurate arrival time. Bar, my plumber, arrived with all the proper tools and equipment he needed and went straight to work. He fixed my garbage disposal in about 10 minutes and communicated everything he did as he went. He also provided me with some tips to prevent the issue again. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and I would request him again. The only real downside was the price, which is not in his control. And it was probably a competitive price compared to other companies (we all know everything is expensive). Bar stated they are a small 4-person team. read more

Several months ago I called this company to request an evaluation of a plumbing issue at my home. I was told a plumber would come out, but I was never given a scheduled time window. Instead, the plumber arrived unannounced in an "unmarked" van at a very inconvenient time and parked in a way that blocked my driveway and access to my garage. I politely asked him if he would move his vehicle so that I could park inside my garage. He refused and said he would "only take a second," even though it was interfering with my ability to use my own property. When he looked over the issue, he said he would provide me with a written estimate. I also asked whether he would be pulling a City of Houston permit for the work, which is an important and basic requirement for certain plumbing repairs. He seemed confused by the question and simply responded that "the work would be fine," without clearly confirming whether a permit would be obtained. While his estimate was lower than others I have received, the overall experience left me uncomfortable and lacking confidence in the professionalism and compliance of the service. In my experience, it is often better to pay a little more and have the work done properly, legally, and with clear communication. They said free estimates but only if you accept their service quote. Unfortunately, this experience gave me the impression that working with this company could be difficult and potentially lead to possible legal problems later on. For that reason, I decided not to move forward with their services. read more

I called on Friday about my house having a water leak with an unknown source, and Sergey was scheduled to come out the next day to check it. Something came up and I requested to reschedule for Monday at noon, which thankfully they were able to accommodate. This was the extent of my good experience with this company. Come Monday, I'm notified almost two hours before the scheduled time that Sergey is on his way, with no ETA and no confirmation that this new time worked for me. He arrived 25 mins later during a time that was not convenient. I tell him that we've had a slow leak indicated by the water meter, and he immediately declares it's a toilet before listening to the rest of my explanation. I tell him that I changed out half of the fill valves in the house, and all but one flapper, I even shut off all the toilet valves but the leak still persists. He does not seem to be listening to the info I'm giving him, he just asks to see the toilets in the house. He sees that one of my toilets has an old fill valve and flapper, and tells me that is where the leak is, and he can replace them for $200. He doesn't do any test or check to see if it is actually leaking. He also tells me that another toilet has an old flapper, and when I said I just replaced that one last week, he does not believe me at all and insists that it is at least a year old. After all of this, he doesn't look at anything else in the house, and also is not receptive to my attempts to tell him what I have already done to diagnose this leak. He simply tells me that he can fix the toilet first, and then we can proceed from there. I decline, and he tells me it would be a $90 service fee for him having come out. I tell him that when I first called the company, I had explicitly asked about fees and I was only told that it would be a ballpark of $225 if there was something to be done, and I was not told at all that there would be a service fee for having him come out. All in all, would not recommend this company as I felt like I was treated as someone who didn't know anything that he could make a quick buck off. read more

Needed hot water heater flushed 1st year after purchasing it. We don't do it ourselves and Jeff with ARS S. Houston was the best most knowledgeable plumber, drained it for free because he signed us up for free annual draining, which includes ac/heat check up twice/year. He adjusted our water heater so we can trickle the water all night during hard freezes 30 degrees and below with/out running out of hot water. Jeff was young, professional, intelligent, helped us more than any other plumbers we've ever had. read more

I have been having ongoing issues with my sewer pipes outside and it gets backed up. We put in a request through yelp and H-Town Plumbers reached out to help us very quickly. They were at my house within an hour! Sergey was super helpful and explained everything upfront. No hidden fees/costs/surprises! He was able to clear our line and give us a better idea of what actually was going on once he showed us where our problem was with the camera in the pipe. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing issues! Sergey did an awesome job and I'm very thankful he was able to help us out! Thank you H-Town Plumbers!! read more

I can't thank H-Town Plumber enough for their prompt and professional service! After accidentally flushing a Clorox ToiletWand Disinfecting Disposable Head down the toilet, I noticed the flush was slower than usual. I assumed the cleaning head would eventually pass through, but after a week--and many uses--the toilet backed up and was on the verge of overflowing. We called H-Town Plumber, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Using a power tool to break through the clog, they had the toilet flushing perfectly again in just 10 minutes. While the $220 charge felt steep for a quick fix, I was relieved to pay it rather than deal with a backed-up mess in my home. Their professionalism and fast service were worth every penny. I highly recommend H-Town Plumber for any plumbing issues--you won't be disappointed! read more

Repaired my toliet flange and wax ring in an acceptable amount of time and price. The plumber was very knowledgeable and polite.

H Town Plumbers were on time and very professional. The owner Alex came out himself (his tech that works the Spring area was unavailable due to an injury) to replace a broken toilet flange and an old rusted cutoff valve. Had to go to Home Depot to get additional parts and only charged what it cost, with no markup; he showed me the receipt too. Very fair rates and I would highly recommend their services. read more

My sister had an amazing experience. She said they were thorough, kind, and thoughtful. Great pricing, too!

H-Town Plumber was responsive and came out pretty quickly after my request to check the water heater since hot water wasn't working at a rental property, that's the extent of the positive feedback. The tech called me announcing their arrival and called back 8 minutes later saying they're done. For that time, I was charged $240 for a system flush and "Electronic Adjustment" though my tenant said he only saw the plumber mess with the tankless heaters settings and did a reset before hot water flowed again. No typical flushing of a tankless system to his knowledge. Can't help but feel the charge was excessive for the work done as no one mentioned the trip charge amount, maybe I didn't ask the right questions. read more

Gentleman came inside, went to work, got everything completed in a timely manner. Happy with the price and service.

It has been three years since my last review of H-Town Emergency Plumbing, and wanted to confirm -- they are still great to work with. At this point, have had them out twice to replace 30-year old bathroom fixtures, one for a hot water heater gone cold, and once to help me pinpoint a leak. The fixture replacements were installed perfectly, and the plumbers were extremely detailed in explaining how things were set up in my house and how they set things up to work for the future. The leak check was very helpful - honestly, it was something I should have caught myself (thought it was my kitchen sink acting up, it was actually my dishwasher calling it quits), but they also offered valuable leak prevention advice in other areas of my house which I've acted upon. I continue to enthusiastically trust H-Town for my plumbing needs. read more

I called on a sunday during the winter storm and they came out right away (within an hour). The technician was very knowledgeable, and the manager was very helpful as well. 5-star service all the way and will definitely call again when we need service next! read more

It was pretty pricey for a job I did about 98% of before he got there. Took him about 5 minutes and I was charged $190. This was for a faucet. But the guy was friendly and fast and cleaned up after himself. I would likely use them again. I just think 190 for screwing in a faucet is crazy high. read more

I am writing this review on this company's outstanding communications. I needed a plumber to repair or replace my shower divertor valve. They had pictures of a satisfied customer that had the same exact situation. I was super excited to find them, ON YELP!!!, and they are only 7 miles from me! I not only received texts but also calls to ask about the situation and to explain the possible costs after they come to check it out. I have never had such a polite and professional contact with a company all within a span of a couple hours. Unfortunately my insurance company contacted me and informed me that they insist on using their contractors. I tried to get them to approve this company but to no avail. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend them AND use them in the future if my insurance fails to provide a contractor in the future. read more
