The worst possible situation is when your doing laundry two days before Christmas and a major leak occurs. To make matters worse family is on its way to visit. We called Right Choice. Told them it was a serious issue and if anyone could come by on the 23rd. Without hesitation we were told Travis would be there within the hour. First off, Travis was courteous and knowledgeable. Took his time to trouble shoot. Found the problem and cleared out the issue. Epic save for Xmas weekend. After it was done, Travis went around to see if there were any other troublesome issues. We called them a year and a half ago and were very happy but the latest visit seemed too expensive. Two years ago they replaced a whole toilet for $229, which was great, so now charging $125 just to tighten the toilet pump seemed like too much. The guy was great (friendly, professional , knowledgeable and punctual), he checked everything for potential problems, so there's no problem with the quality of the work or customer service, but for something that simple the $60 visit charge should have been folded into the labor costs. read more

Right Choice came out and replaced our hot water heater in the attic. they did a great job and cleaned up with nothing left behind. while here I asked the installer if he could put in a new kitchen faucet. He also did that job, all of this work was started around 5;30 and ended about 7:00 and that didn't charge a surcharge for working later. Great work. read more

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the "big" plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!
