So then I need to ask them to do all the items, and they will only do some. So then we need to tell them again. Then I asked them to test the faucets, etc., but they said that since the engineer is testing, they do not need to. If they say a master plumber is coming then do what you say you are going to do.

After dropping it off, I repeatedly called over the course of several days to check on the status of the repair but received little to no clear communication. On May 4, 2026, I contacted Metabo HPT (Koki Holdings America) directly to find out what was going on with my compressor. I was later informed that Nationwide Tools had supposedly repaired the compressor. However, based on the condition of the compressor when I later saw it, I strongly believe the unit was damaged while in Nationwide Tools' possession, possibly in retaliation for me contacting Metabo directly regarding the situation. On May 22, 2026, I finally picked up the compressor. Due to the damage done to the original unit, Metabo ultimately had to replace the compressor because Nationwide Tools refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while it was under their care. I also took pictures on the day I dropped off the compressor, showing its condition before service, as well as pictures on the day Nationwide Tools attempted to return it to me, clearly documenting the damage.

Travis and his Team are what older homeowners like myself look for in any service provider. Experience, Honesty, Integrity, and Personable. They will work with you to do their best to stay within your budget if possible. We had a gas leak and that could be disastrous, Travis assured me from day 1 that once they finished I would have no problems. He checked every possible place for leaks and soon had all possible leaks repaired and made sure that all work was well within city codes. He even returned on the day of the inspection to answer any questions that the inspector had. He followed up with contact after approval to ensure all was well once the gas was reconnected. On December 23 we ended up having two broken water pipes. travis, with right choice. Plumbing came out on Christmas Eve and spent over four hours to make sure that we were up and running. I will have to say he was pleasant, a hard worker, and certainly knew what he was doing. Their prices were very fair and competitive. we plan on having him come back in January to do some more work for us on our outside Spicket's. read more

Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

(If they came to my rescue on Sunday I'd given 5 star and post a video on FB and other social media as I wanted the problem solved that day).
