The worst possible situation is when your doing laundry two days before Christmas and a major leak occurs. To make matters worse family is on its way to visit. We called Right Choice. Told them it was a serious issue and if anyone could come by on the 23rd. Without hesitation we were told Travis would be there within the hour. First off, Travis was courteous and knowledgeable. Took his time to trouble shoot. Found the problem and cleared out the issue. Epic save for Xmas weekend. After it was done, Travis went around to see if there were any other troublesome issues. Shared them but wasn't pushing to fix. Another plus. They could've charged and arm and a leg to have him come out. But it was reasonably priced and will be used again. read more

We called them a year and a half ago and were very happy but the latest visit seemed too expensive. Two years ago they replaced a whole toilet for $229, which was great, so now charging $125 just to tighten the toilet pump seemed like too much. The guy was great (friendly, professional , knowledgeable and punctual), he checked everything for potential problems, so there's no problem with the quality of the work or customer service, but for something that simple the $60 visit charge should have been folded into the labor costs. read more

Exceptional individuals who do the job as it needs to be done. On time, professional, responsive, and responsible. Thank you

The technician Austin showed up earlier than appointed time which was appreciated. Unfortunately the new Toto toilet that I bought had an unanticipated misfit with the existing plumbing, but he quickly was able to identify the workaround and complete the job well done. Price was very reasonable despite the additional works. Recommendable to use them again. read more

Right Choice Plumbing - New Toto toilet and bidet - Plumbing Near Me

Quick and easy. Same day service. Had 2 toilets replaced within 4 hours of calling. I recommend them highly.

Right Choice came out and replaced our hot water heater in the attic. they did a great job and cleaned up with nothing left behind. while here I asked the installer if he could put in a new kitchen faucet. He also did that job, all of this work was started around 5;30 and ended about 7:00 and that didn't charge a surcharge for working later. Great work. read more

Too expensive. They charge about $500 per hour without even telling you what the exact problem will be. You need to agree on the payment without knowing what the problem is read more

We had water damage on our ceiling tile and had two plumbers come out, each say two different things caused it and left us confused and worried. We decided to call right choice plumbing to finally put the mattee to rest. Their team came out and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. As a first time homeowner they could have taken advantage of us but thankfully they are honest comapany and remedied my simple leak at an affordable cost and even recommended a cost effective option to fix our drywall. We will for sure be calling on this fantastic small, family owned business in the future. read more

They were to be at my home bewteen 2 & 4 to fix my reverse osmosis set up. The plumber called me when he was on my way and they were ON-TIME! They fixed my problem at a fair price! I will use these folks again if I need a plumber. Thank you! read more

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough. read more

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays! read more

Audits fixed 3-4 burst pipes in a single afternoon. Highly recommend. Arrived early to the property and is knowledgeable on plumbing.

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the "big" plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!! Thank you so much for your help. read more

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. The team was professional, thorough and polite. I'll be calling them again when I need to update my toilet. Thank you Travis and Justin for your expertise. read more
