Quick response and fast availability- they replaced the cartridge in our master shower the next day. I'm not sure how pricing was as I'm not an expert on comps, but I felt it was fair? I would call them again! read more

A very pleasant experience. After sending a request on Yelp, the company's customer service called and scheduled an appointment shortly thereafter. The plumber arrived within the hour and was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. It was a Saturday, and I was surprised by how quickly the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company! read more

Omgooodness finally a plumber Brett!! who loves what he does. On time, gave me pricing and options. Work performed as promised. Didnt mind showing me the issue with the pipe camera and also gave me the best recommended solution to help me save money and not waste it. Courteous and answered all my questions even if I asked several times in various ways lol. Your home is big investment and I do not want to ignore repairs thinking they will just go away. A gurgling toilet was a precursor to a BIGGER issue. It s rough out here in these mortgage streets, so do your homework and find someone you can trust. read more

So I called at 7:30 when Acosta opened and a customer service representative answered and was friendly, courteous and professional. In 1-1/2 hours the Technician Brett showed up as scheduled. He too was friendly, courteous and polite. He assessed the situation, provided me a quote. Once I agreed he left to get parts and was back in 20 minutes and was done in less than an hour. The owner reached out to thank us and wanted to make sure we were happy with the service. Great Experience all the way around. read more

Replaced 3 shut-off valves. Very brusk manner. Didn't want me to know what he was doing. Charged exorbitant price and was not knowledgeable about another plumbing problem. All easy for me to have done in my prime but I am old and frail. Will certainly not recommend. read more

Excellent service, responsive and honest company. I had a water heater line leak and called Acosta plumbing for a phone quote and repair schedule. They were here the next morning to fix the problem. Brett was very professional in explaining what needed to be done and how much, in a language that a customer would understand. The cost was 50% less than the other big companies you see on tv ads. Very satisfied with the result and will keep this company for all our future repairs. read more

Was able to find Acosta on Yelp. Easy communication before, during, and after project is completed. You do get a little discount if you pay cash vs card. They have a 90 day warranty on jobs they perform. read more

Wow, what great service from start to finish. I had reached out for an an appointment and Brenda reached backed out to me on a Sunday to set me up with an appointment. My tech Brett arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed my issue with a pinhole leak from 2nd floor faucet water line. He repaired and tested to make sure the line didn't have any more leaks and cleaned up before he left. It's very rare to receive such great service and very reasonable pricing. Don't hesitate to call Acosta for any of your plumbing issues. They won a customer for life and I stand by that. read more

I can't say enough about Acosta Plumbing. We had a water main break so our house had zero water! As soon as I found out from our MUD district that the problem was indeed ours to fix, I put my Yelp to work. Randy came out and gave a fair and honest estimate. His professionalism was amazing and he was a joy for my husband and I to talk to during the work being done. His crew worked fast and the grass having to be removed to do the job was cut precisely and laid back on top. Our front yard did not get torn up and that saved us money too not having to re-sod the whole thing. I will use Acosta Plumbing for any plumbing jobs from now on. Highly recommend this company!!! read more

We called this morning because our son overflowed our upstairs tub that we knew had a clog. It was much more than a typical sludge clog as it took them three hours and multiple methods to get things moving again! Cameron kept me informed the entire time. It was a process, but the bathroom remained clean even after the equipment use. I mostly appreciated how prompt they were, I mean within an hour of the call they had someone available. I highly recommend them. I'm not sure if their pricing in competitive for the area, but you get what you pay for with this company. read more

Used again when hot water failed. Corrective action, which included a part which was on board his van, Ernesto was able to restore my services. I should point out that the company responded immediately to my phone call for assistance and Ernesto was at my house earlier than anticipated - and this on a day following an overnight freeze - great service. read more

Ernesto Gonzalez at Acosta Plumbing did a perfect job replacing toilets and stop valves for us. He gave a fair quote and completed the work efficiently and answered all my questions. I got quotes from 6 companies in the area, and Ernesto was the only plumber with more than a few years of experience. I highly recommend him if you want the work completed by someone with the knowledge and experience to fix unanticipated issues. read more

I had a main water line in front of my house replaced. Approx 5-6 feet in the front yard right off the main water valve. Was quoted 600-700. But plumber requested 1100 when completed. Nothing out of the ordinary on the job. Dug up the old line, replaced 5-6 feet and attached to old line running to house. Just felt scammed since paid almost double on what was quoted. read more

Second time they've came out to help me.. Fast, efficient! I contacted Acosta to replace 2 toilets in my home, and they were very quick to respond with the quotes I requested. Their prices beat out the 6 other plumbers I contacted... so between that and their great Yelp reviews, we decided to go with them. So glad I did!! These guys were quick, efficient, kind and very personable while working in my home. And the work they did was great! I am very pleased, and I will be sure to contact Acosta with all my plumbing needs. Keep up the great work, guys! read more

There have been lots of surprise repairs after purchasing a 30-year-old home which is also my first house ever. I have used Acosta twice so far in only three weeks. The first time I had a leak under the kitchen sink and an issue with the garbage disposal. Acosta was able to come out the very same day to make the repairs. I ended up having the garbage disposal replaced and the pipes repaired under the sink. They were knowledgeable and quick. The second repair happened when I heard water pouring in the backyard. An old pipe that supplies the water hose had disconnected. I called Acosta and they were able to work me in the very same day. The repairs were thorough. The person who answers the phone is super nice and you can tell she really cares about the issue at hand and works to get someone out to help. I highly recommend this business! read more

My second story water heater was leaking into my home. I called Acosta, and kind Sonny arrived within 30 minutes. He climbed into my horribly hot attic, and told me it needed to be replaced. I'm in a tough spot financially, so as soon as I could raise the money I called Acosta, and Sonny was in my home the very next day! There was so much sediment in it, that it was way to heavy to bring it down the foldable wooden attic stairs! He had two other, Acosta gentlemen helping him to solve the problem. They spent hours taking care of me! Sonny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were able to get my awful 400lb, sediment filled water heater down the stairs. These gentlemen worked SO very hard!!! They have my business for life!!! I've been passing Acosta plumbing information to all of my neighbors, as our homes are all the same age, and will need the same help very soon. Thank you Sonny!!! Thank you Acosta Plumbing! They also put up with my very large German Shepards that I recently rescued, and are still learning to behave. Bless you kind gentleman! read more

This review is a week late, but it is better late than not keeping my words. I committed to the owner Acosta Plumbing (Randy) that I will be writing a review of my experience no matter if is bad or good. He did not fail to impress. I honestly can say that rarely I would met or conduct business with someone whom has such high integrity. Randy will be continues to earn my business. Let's start from the beginning, I called the posted contact number--no answer. Mostly, Randy was busy with other jobs. I left a message on Yelp for a quick quotation to diagnose the issue with two broken water heaters. Randy responded within 24 hours window, which is a plus in the business world. Set an up appointment to have him take a look of the problem. Mind I tell, there were two other people (1 plumber/ My property Sup) checked my broken water, and was not able to give me a clear solution. Randy stop by the house as arrangement. Communication and on-time was excellent. I really appreciate anyone who keep their appointment and provide clear communication. I already have done my research and ask around, what would be my estimated cost to repair or install two brand new water heater. After Randy 1st, he provided his honestly feedback and multiple options of solution. He even suggested that I should contact my builder to fix the issue since it is under warranty. Again, I truly appreciated an honesty business operator. I took his advice, and it was a fail. My builder did not want to help. After failing to get any assistance from my property builder. I was glad to give my business to Acosta plumbing rather than to my original contractor whom installed the units. Overall, price is definitely reasonable and was much better than other whom quoted me. Service and communication were outstanding. Honestly won me over. Thank you, Randy. read more

Randy and his team were recommended to me by another satisfied customer from church. Both men were friendly, and explained what the problem was and how they will fix it and why. We had two toilet issues(weren't flushing right and backing up) and two clogged bathroom sinks, and a backed up garbage disposal. He fixed everything in one visit and in a little over an hour, if that and made sure all fixtures are in correct running order. I will use Acosta plumbing for all future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends. Pricing was very reasonable! read more

We called Acosta Plumbing for a second opinion after another plumber couldn't resolve a problem with our drain. They had someone come out within a few hours of my call. This is the first time I have used Acosta. I initially communicated with him via YELP. He responded promptly and his price was very reasonable. He arrived at the job site early and took care to cover his shoes and lay down a floor covering. The job to remove and replace and existing toilet was completed in about 1 hour. Leaks were not found after the install. I would use Acosta Plumbing again. read more

absolutely amazing!!! best plumber around!!!! he is super fast, super professional, and can fix anything!

I messaged them through Yelp and got a response pretty quickly. I also checked 2 other businesses and 1 told me to call them (if I could do that, I wouldn't have sent a message through yelp) and the other one went straight into suggesting I replace my water heater. Randy offered to come out the same day and take a look, no charge. Turns out, we never connected gas service so that's why we didn't have hot water. He was very friendly and patient with us and our mess. We had just moved in. Well, when there's a real problem with our water heater or etc, we will definitely have him come out again. read more

Randy and his crew are honest, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Acosta Plumbing to schedule service estimate for leaking kitchen sink and PVC. Isaias arrived on time. WOW! I have not hired Acosta yet and I was totally impressed with the appointment setting, response time and willingness to accommodate our schedule for an Estimate! Very professional outfit all around. Isaias has came to my house on two separate occasions to diagnose and subsequently repair outdoor main line leaks. Each time he carefully spent time detecting, explaining, and then repairing the leak. Price was reasonable, but not inexpensive, and explained quite well.
