Very honest and did not charge me for diagnosing my water heater leak issue. He attempted to see if replacing a pipe would help me avoid replacing the whole tank but unfortunately there was too much rot which he showed me. Highly recommend Kim at Drain Control. Had a kitchen sink that had very poor drainage. Called a previous plumber who used a snake and Thrift cleaner and was a little better after he left a few months ago. Drainage became worse and I thought it may be the garbage disposal unit. So it was replaced with no improvement of drainage. Kim came a few hours after I called him ,after reading his excellent reviews on Yelp. He instantly diagnosed a blockage leading from the house to the main. He gave me a very reasonable price for hydrojetting and in 30 minutes the problem was solved. Kim was here right on time. Very punctual. It took him appx. 45 mins. to get everything done. Give him the benefit of the doubt that he already been here 2 years ago so he knows what the drill is. I was particular impressed with his equipment. He said he can handle restaurant clogged drain because of those high power equipment he has. He didn't use a snake but that high power thingy which unclog and shoot high pressure water at the same time.
