After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. We had to call them out 2 weeks after the initial service was completed. Today I called another plumber because the sink was still leaking. The same guy (short, skinny, white guy with tattoos and big hole ear piercings) came out and showed us pictures of the job that he did last year and tried to argue me down about what happened to the screws that are somehow missing. He was extremely combative, argumentative and looked demented. He kept talking about the pictures from last year and asking me what happened to the screws, so I pulled out my phone to record him and he left! Be ware! If you don't want to have to get someone to correct their sloppy work, do not use them!
