Hired to install fridge and replace shower head. (1) Shower Fixture- Cartridge Replacement $499.00…read moreIncludes 1 trip to remove existing cartridge and locate parts. Charged the full price although all they did was remove the hardware and realized they couldnt replace it. I was advised I would only be charged for labor. The plumber spent a total of 2 hours at my home. 30 minutes on shower head. Total $706.35 . He threatened with a lien within 24 hours when I asked why I was overcharged for labor eventhough at that point I have already paid over $400 . I paid to be done with the issue but horrible service, Do not recommend unless you want to be billed for nothing. Shut off valve only thing repaored for $706.35. Integrity is priceless. Update- After Posting this HONEST review ZELENA who works for britton wrote a fake review on my business page the same day. Supporting documentation included. I appreciated that I got a real person vs AI fake call answerers or recording machines, when I called. He asked about my situation vs everyone else who wanted just to come out for $$ to do an estimate. He asked for pictures of my tank and ventilation on roof, and then outlined his costs. He came off very professional and said his guys would her on Monday afternoon--which they did on time and listened to my concerns not to scratch my washer/dryer . The guys were professional as well. I not giving a 5 star as I desperately wanted a service call on Sunday given the water everywhere. That they were unable or unwilling to do--I'd even pay extra. (If they came to my rescue on Sunday I'd given 5 star and post a video on FB and other social media as I wanted the problem solved that day). I'd use them again if the tank lasts as long as my old Kenmore. The professionalism made them stand out--just hope it doesn't fail on Sunday.

Did that, then attempted for 2 days to get Air express to come back out and fix the ducts so the area would dry out. Absolutely horrible communication, I had to keep calling and calling and they can't give an ETA. Finally they told me he would be here between 5:30pm and 7:30 pm. At 7:45pm, still no call or update. It is now 8:53pm and still no call from anyone. What a joke of a company. Do not call these people, they are incompetent. EDIT- The owner called me to apologize for all of the miscommunication and hassle. We spoke for a bit and I believe he was genuinely sorry. He even offered me a free membership and to do the work at a discounted rate. While I wasn't out to get anything for free and declined his offer, I would most likely give them a 2nd chance. Chalk it up to a busy week, and general chaos.
